The had run out of bowls (it was not busy), so I had to eat my Ramen out of a take away container and a small cup for the soup. Not a great eating experience.

To add to this the noodles were so over cooked they were like mush.

On a positive note the pork was good but over all the worst ramen I've ever had.

It looked so promising because of the decor. Sadly it was a honey pot trap. Overpriced (but that's expected since it's the airport right?) Service was terrible. They claim to be a standard restaurant that will take up to 40 minutes to make your meal. If you order sushi with miso, don't expect to get your miso. If you order ramen, expect it to be lukewarm at best. Do yourself and just eat from the food court.

A friend previously recommended fried rice here. We had been traveling all day so the group was excited when we found a table here. We ordered on our phones and unfortunately both food and service were poor. Fried rice took almost 45 mins to come out and it was cold. We paid on average aboit $25 per dish and No one enjoyed their food.

Went here for drinks. You have to order everything online, but the horrible WiFi in the airport wasn't pulling up their website on my phone. The bartender gave me their iPad to use. It's honestly really annoying and time consuming having to spend time ordering online and having to enter all your credit card info. It does let you pay with miles, though, so that's cool, if you remember your login info.

The orders get to the bartenders right away (you can hear a loud ding), so they make them right away. They were super nice too and made my drinks exactly how I wanted them.

Potstickers on menu. Not able to order. Only ONE order kiosk. (Not going to load an app just to order) Not able to order drinks with food- required to go elsewhere. Menus don't stay on digital signage long enough to read, they favor displaying most profitable item. Rice bowl average $24

For airport sushi it wasn't bad at all. A little more pricey because it is in the airport but I did like being able to order from a QR code at your seat. Also there is plenty of seating and power ports available to charge up

Total ripoff. Server offered to use an IPAD to help us order and pay. Turns out 2 stir-fry cost us $81 Cdn.yeah, we shoulda been more diligent with payment, so that is why I am posting a warning for other trustworthy, unsuspecting customers. These folks are not to be trusted; should avoid them at all costs.

Everything in context. Yes it's expensive, it's in an airport. No the atmosphere is not great, because it's on the side of the terminal, not in its own enclosed space. But it was the best airport food I've ever had. I had the tonkatsu ramen. A little salty but not unpalatably so and very good otherwise. Also had steamed edamame which was perfect.

Avoid at all costs!

Subpar taste and food quality. The sauces are overpowering while the actual food has no taste. Pretty expensive for the kind of food they serve.

Great option at IAH.
All personnel were truly amicable and attentive.
Food was 10/10 for being 'airport food'.
Great variety and OK prices.

Also, incredible detail but the manager or at least one of their employees was approaching every customer asking for our experience so far.

Although there is a slight Korean flavor to it, I think it's an interesting Japanese experience for Americans.

Take advantage of that bandage if you are at IAH (Houston Airport). Yume has good food and a chelita before boarding your flight. But. I give 4 why for me that wave of technology and not human contact seems to be something I don't have, to order your food there is a QR you look at the menu and you choose your food and a waiter brings it to you, only two There is card payment. The place is cool, the menu is Asian and the net is good. Greetings and keep traveling

The food is very delicious, some of the dishes are coarse and others not so much, but the food is very delicious.
I usually order the salmon, but all their dishes are very delicious and they usually serve you in a good time. The restaurant is separated into two parts, one is more focused on food and the other area on drinks.

I didn't eat here, but as a traveler with a 5hr layover in IAH after an 11hr flight, whose gate was just around the corner of this place, I really did NOT like the repetitive, electronic noise that was filling the terminal. The layover was bad enough, but to hear that after an 11hr flight did not make it better. I paid $120 for my wife and I to access the airline club simply to get away from it. It was annoying, inconsiderate, and dumb.

Food didn't arrive for 30 minutes, server couldn't/wouldn't remove it from our tab. Overpriced, even for an airport. Do not recommend.

Save your money. Within about 30 seconds I was rushed by 2 waitresses to either order or leave. However, they can't take your order. I explained that I would order when I was ready, but for the price, I shouldn't have to rush. So I left and didn't spend anything on their overpriced drinks, of which, they couldn't even make a Roy Rogers. "We can only do regular coke. "

Lukewarm, flavorless broth
Noodles lacked distinct taste
Green tea had an unusual, unsatisfactory flavor
had flavorless rice, not complementing other ingredients well
Server response unsatisfactory when concerns raised about raw vegetables, stated that’s “how it’s supposed to be. “
Overpriced given the quality of food and service

Actually was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff was super friendly and attentive and the food was full of flavor. The prices are high, but it’s the airport so that’s to be expected.
