Yummy Thai, Irving TX

The portion size was really what it should be in Texas and I couldn't finish even half the serving of the drunken noodles that I ordered but, didn't really enjoy the food. It was pretty bland. Nothing really special to talk about.

This place is disgusting (filthy smelly restrooms, leaky faucets, sticky everything inside the restaurant, condiments you don't want to touch) AND they CHARGE YOU 3.5% for using your credit card! Which they DO NOT tell you in advance! WtHeck! I would have paid cash! They probably would have charged me another 3.5% to do a refund and pay in cash. I'm thinking they would have tried to charge me a handling fee if I paid in cash. Never going back.

Tried the well done beef pho and black sesame sticky rice with mango and it was very good! Loved the broth and everything about the pho. It was hot when it came out and overall, very flavorful. Sometimes I feel some like pho has too little noodles, but this had the perfect amount. Some of the best pho in DFW. Would recommend this place. They also have a wide assortment for soups. My sister got the tom yum small soup and the drunken noodles and she was pleased. The portions are generous.

I would rate this place a negative if there was an option. We ordered a take out and guess what we found in our food? A freaking COCKROACH. I called them and said what happened. Whoever answered the phone was like oh well I am sorry! What do you want me to do? I asked for a full refund she denied, she tried to argue and we asked for the manager/owner. They were not even sorry and you can tell from how they addressed. Anyways, this place is filthy.

Ordered Drunken Noodles with Tofu. Tasted like it has been dumped in some kind of kerosene…. Also orders it level spice 3…. But no sauce or peanuts…tasted bland

Let’s stick with Indian food instead of trying to run Thai food as an Indian

Have been going here for years and have always ordered spicy level 3. The past few times it has been too spicy but I never complained. However today I ordered level 2 and it was just as spicy or even spicer than level 3. I called to complain and the lady offered no apology and just said they could make it with no spice at all which isn’t what I want. Won’t order from here again.

Worst service I've ever received, I want the owners name and the managers name as well. Poor service I waited for my tab while the employees both sat down to talk and eat ice cream. When I was looking right at them and they saw me Also they didn't have change and the man was rude and slammed the Pennie's on the table. I’d give this a 0 they even gave me a receipt I can’t even use the code to give feedback too. Very shady. Even the people next to me were complaining about the service. Terrible I would never suggest anyone here. I left with full boxes of food

Been here multiple times for dinner. They curries are good but didn't like their other noodle dishes. They are either too sweet or not blended with right sauces. I have had better Thai food at other places but this is a good option as well.

Can’t in for lunch today, around 1: 30 pm. 5 other tables present. Clean quiet atmosphere. Lunch specials are great, but didn’t really get what the menu described. I was in a rush to eat n go but I did call the manager to fix the issue for future reference she said sorry they probably forgot? They forgot? It was more than one ingredient.

It tasted good but could’ve been better with the missing ingredients:
carrots
potatoes and peanuts. Only had onions and tomatoes.

Server was nice and he informed the manager right away.

The foods they served was very tasty except for the chicken wings; they served me raw wings. I showed that raw wings to the waiter and soon he replaced me with the new order - kinda overcooked but was tasty.

It was Friday so bit crowded but the service was too bad. Thw girl taking orders was lost i guess she didnt take the order properly inspite of us repeating the order 3 times. I asked for lemonade and she gave me tap water with ice and a piece of lemon. I replaced it with diet coke. Thankfully we werent charged for that. Drunken noodles was good Basil thai rice was okay and the food was cold. Potstickers were also cold.
It was maybe bcos of more people due to weekend but still the service was not upto the mark.

Sooooo, I ordered Shrimp Thai rice BUT what I found in the bag when I got home was "Chicken" not Shrimp! Even though I paid $2 extra for SHRIMP. I had to throw out what they call Chicken and doctor this dish to my liking. For a xxxxxx that is aware of spices and seasonings, this is unsatisfactory in every way. No worries, I won't be back. I used to like the restaurant, but recently they started imposing a "food tax" in addition to the regular tax and a 3.5% credit card surcharge. I guess this is so that they could keep the price the same as before, but I just thought that the practice is a bit deceitful. I would much rather them just raise the price on the food. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I don’t know if the food here is good or not. I walked in and 3 employees looked at me, did not acknowledge me, or ask me anything like if I was there to pick up takeout or needed a table. I went ahead and sat down at a table and scanned the QR to start looking at the menu, thinking that a server would eventually come by. The QR code took me to a menu for a burger place, not a Thai place. I looked at the employees again. They still did not acknowledge me. It was painfully awkward, I actually felt bad for them. It was like no one had ever seen a customer before or knew what to do. The one server I saw looked like he couldn’t care less about anything. I didn’t hear any noise coming from the kitchen, the place seemed weirdly dead. So I left after 5 minutes. No server ever came by. I’ll stick with Thai e San.

I had to go to the counter to ask for another drink and had to wait to ask to get a refill and also my wife asked for Thai beef jerky and they gave us stir-fry beef style, we know the difference specially since my wife & myself are Thai. At the end I had to go to counter and ask for our check, she kept on asking what we order (you took our order). Make sure to tell the cashier you want to see the total of the bill receipt cause they have hidden service fees of 18% for us 'we are Family of 4' (a couple & 2 toddlers) + 3.5% credit card surcharge that they don't tell you. 3 stars for Laos style papaya salad * I like sour *.

I did initially dine in and saw there was a German cockroach crawling around the chair so we moved over to a different seat. Later in my to go food I found a hair. I worry about cleanliness and I don’t think this restaurant really meet the standard.

Didn’t really enjoy it this time. The pad see ew had a slight burnt taste. I asked for easy vegetables and they only threw in barks and no actual broccoli heads. We tried it a few years back and it was decent and I still feel the same way. It’s decent.

Horrible customer service. The staff is extremely rude. I called and was on hold for 25 minutes. Decided to hang up and just drive there. Once I arrived the staff ignored me. They weren’t busy but insisted I needed to wait. I definitely would not recommend them if you want to eat in a timely manner or receive good customer service.
