Store manager is very rude, and she tells her employees that she will choke them. There are only two nice people in that whole place.

The food is ok, your customer service is very very bad the person at the window practically shoves your order in your face, no thank you know nothing, she just shuts the window and off you go. Needless to say about your parking lot it has a whole bunch of holes if I were to damage my car in all those holes I would sue. I love that the food as I said but your customer service your employees are bad they're talking loud it's just not right it's not appropriate for business. Get better employees and fix your inside and outside.

This place is a bunch of criminals and hooligans. My son and ex husband worked for one of their franchises in Cedar Park, Texas and they were refused pay stubs, and W2's and it will be some time I am sure before they ever get their necessary tax information. They can't even file their taxes because they were never given access to their pay stubs therefore they can't even use their last pay check to file their 2017 taxes. No one will answer the phone and well I hope one day they get sued up one side and down the other.

That manager that fired Ms. Holcomb should be FIRED. Even if she has past issues of "too much money in the register", to fire someone after a traumatic incident like that and being pregnant, she should sue the company and that manager for distress to her and her unborn child, as well as endangering her life! I USED TO eat at Popeyes about once a week, now I will be driving right on by. If I see more articles on the manager being fired, her being properly compensated (not just lost wages), then I would consider this situation amended.

Ultimately Z&H Foods is responsible for the actions of their employees AND managers. She was a hero and probably saved her own life and other peoples lives in your establishment!

Devoid of any and all morals and ethics. This company, owners, and executives are disgusting examples of humans.

In my opinion, your bureaucratic approach to the Popeye's robbery incident in Houston was self serving, transparent and vapid. It would have been better had you not given any explanation at all. I'll long remember this and make it a point to never use your products and services Z&H Foods.

For shame for shame. Firing a person who had a gun to her head. I bet this incident is doing wonders for your bottom line.

How CAN A COMPANY FIRE A PREGANT PERSON WITH A GUN IN HER FACE TO REPAY MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN IN A ARMED ROBBERY.if OUR WIFE OR MOTHER WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER, WOULD YOU TELL THEM TO PAY BACK THE MONEY. I HAVE WORKED AT FAST FOODS AND I CAN TELL YOU IT GETS SO BUSY THAT YOU HAVE HARDLY TIME TO THINK EXCEPT TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.so YOU RED NECK PECKER WOODS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF AND THIS POST IS NBEING MADE BY kAIJA hAVRANEK FATHER. I've been going to Popeye's Chicken since you guys converted from Pioneers Chicken back in the early 90's. But you can bet that I won't be going back anytime soon if ever again. The way the franchise owner handled the situation was very wrong. He should compensate her for the anguish and stress brought onto her on top of the back pay form being "Fired".

The nerve of the owner to fire a Pregnant women for a bad situation she was put in in the first place. Quit being cheep and hire some more people then she would have time to make drops appropriately. Popeye's just lost another customer.

Sent my comments to Popeyes corporate. Are your company owners so greedy that they fire a manager who lost $400 in a robbery? ! The manager needed counseling, not getting booted. Doesn't the company have insurance to cover robberies? Did you want to collect twice - from the insurance & from the manager?

Hope this business goes under. Firing a pregnant woman right after she was robbed at gunpoint? Shameful! I used to work in fast food, and I know that when you are busy and short staffed (and you are ALWAYS short staffed!) and there is a line of hungry customers, you don't have time to walk back to the safe and drop your hundred dollar bills. You just don't, even if you have the authority to get in the safe in the first place. Claiming that she violated company policy and that is why she is being fired is ridiculous - you're firing her because you're greedy, and couldn't fire her for being pregnant. BOYCOTT THIS RESTAURANT, ALL FRANCHISE CHAINS OWNED BY THIS RESTAURANT OWNER, AND POPEYE'S FOOD STORES UNTIL THIS WOMAN IS GIVEN COMPENSATION!

My son worked at that place on I-10 & De Zavala and put in a lot of hours. Including overtime. When he got his first paycheck there was not any reflection of overtime at all in what he got paid. He got paid on one of those prepaid cards that was provided by Popeyes. He was never given a check stub or any info about how to access his pay information. I advised him to ask the manager about this and he did. The manager kept telling him the system was down or to ask the assistant manager, which he did. He was told by the assistant manager to ask the manager. He has asked for a paystub on numerous occasions and never gotten anywhere. How can a manager deny any employee the right to see his own paystub?

Dull and heartless money-grubbers, this company deserves every thing it gets, including derision from the world. Undying shame on y'all.

I wouldn't have left a star if there was the option. This franchise is a complete and utter joke. I worked for this company since October and I have never received a paystub. This company wrote me up for bogus assumptions. Their " policy" states that you have to have three consecutive write ups to be terminated. (meaning three write ups for the same thing) I had only received two write ups (for two different situations) that again where bogus and was fired. I will be contacting the labor board and anyone else to make sure that this franchise gets what they deserve.
