These guys are amazing! They upgraded us to a stretch hummer for my daughter's sweet 16 and it was perfect! I will be forever grateful.

Horrible experience. I emailed the company with instructions for a Surprise party where my mother was to stay in the Limo. The Limo driver never opened the door for them when he arrived at the customer home. Not only did this company ruin the surprise they lied and said my mother refused to stay in the Limo. My mother said the driver just said “ we have arrived to the destination”, they got out the car and he drove off. My mother walked in on us still getting ready for her surprise. I paid $300 for 30 minutes of service. Not only did I email Mike the instructions, but I also called Mike the day before the pick up just to make sure he understood she needed to stay in the Limo for a certain time so that I could come get her and bring her to her surprise. What a waste of $300 for only 30 minutes of pick up and drop off. They also automatically charge gratuity and don’t tell you. Beware. This was horrible service Mike! Do better Mike!

My family and I had a wonderful experience going to and from the Galveston Port with Ray as our driver. Ray was very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end. He was a safe and cautious driver, there was never a moment I felt unsafe with him as the driver.

Z limousine is unreliable and left us at port for over an hour while they sorted their schedule. No compassion was given even after an offer. They can not complete the growing cruise traffic. If you are looking at them as a reliable transportation option, look elsewhere. Edit after response. At the time of service, I asked for this leg of our three leg trip to be complimentary, and another amount was agreed upon but never received. The response is dishonest. The service in question ended up being another non limousine company. That company took great care of us. I am not seeking any compensation, just a warning to your customers, and your response said it all.

We had a good experience celebrating our wedding anniversary and going out to eat. The driver was great and helpful too. The charge was $125 per hour which is not too bad. They add a 20% driver gratuity on top of that so our entire night came to a little over $500 for the 2018 Lincoln Continental stretch limo. Interior was nice but we couldn't get the Bluetooth to connect to our phones so we used a direct cable connection and that worked for music.

He was extremely helpful in loading and unloading our bags, kept us entertained on the 50 minute ride with Texas history, and answering our questions. Z Limousine is a great limo service! I was very please with their vehicle and their driver was very professional and made the trip go by really quick! These guys are the best! I really recommend them for everyone out there.

I was taken to the San Luis Resort from Bush airport on Monday. Though it was an hour and half drive, the driver (Raed) was able to keep the ride smooth for my family and I. I couldn’t be happier with this service. Will definitely be using Z-limousine again.
