**UPDATE**

Everything was great until we purchased a vehicle on a weekend. Called the office to add the vehicle, and of course they were closed. Called State Farm 1800 number and added the vehicle; was told billing and the policy were squared away. Fast forward to the next week and Nina harassed my phone and email to have the vehicle added and collect payment. I explained it was all taken care of and she confirmed it was. I follow up with am email days later when she harassed me again saying I had not paid my bill, mind you my account is set up on auto draft; I'd never been late, let alone never paid my bill. Nina then blamed it on the weekend crew at state Farm and failed to takeresponsibly or try to elevate the issue, then Zach pipes in blaming me for purchasing a vehicle on the weekend and not gaining his permission to add a vehicle to my policy. Excuse me? Zach is not my father or responsible for any of my finances. I will spend my hard earned money how I damn well please. Everything after that went downhill and I've since switched companies. Damn shame.

Skylar is a rockstar. I reached out to Skylar after experiencing issues with my current insurance company of several years. While price is always a driving factor to consider when making any financial changes, the most important factor to me, is customer service. Skylar showed me EXACTLY what customer service SHOULD be.

Skylar was approachable, easy to communicate with, up front, honest, efficient, very informative, and friendly.

I told Skylar I was shopping other companies, as well, but she never dismissed us because of that. Skylar remained professional, and explained not only the coverage I inquired about, but gave me several options. Like a true professional, she never once talked negatively about another company, but showed me and explained what hidden costs and fees I should look for. She was right, the other companies styled the language in the quotes to be attractive to any prospective customer, and made excellent marketing selling points, but when comparing the language to the numbers, everything was completely misleading. Several hidden fees were sneaked in, and discounts were never even applied.

When I made the decision to go with Skylar, she was not the most inexpensive, but, she was able to save me big time from what I was paying with my insurance company. Ultimately, how Skylar gained us as a customer, was with her care and attention to detail and her customers, as well as a genuine professional and empathetic customer service that proved to me she and her company would be there for my family and I, should we ever need them.

Skylar treated us like family, and had gained a customer for life.

After my insurance agent got retired, I was transferred to this agency. Before I got transferred, I changed my policy for a new car, and a drive and safe beacon should have been sent to me. I haven't received any and requested another beacon through the app after getting few notifications. Before getting a beacon, my discount drop off and I received a new policy with a significant higher rate besides the discount. I called the agency to get help, but unfortunately my experience was really bad. Every time I called, I was told that they would get back to me by the end of the day but other than one time I did not receive a call back. It took around 2 weeks calling the office multiple times. When I call office, I had to explain the situation again and again. I put hold on payment upon the suggestion of an agent until the issue is resolved. It ended up getting notifications from the agency about unpaid bills. I was expecting that someone is following up with my case and would get back to me, but unfortunately I got a call from finance about my missing payment which I thought it was a follow up call. At the end, I was told to resolve the problem with drive and safe department. I called them and explained the situation. They told me that my problem should have been resolved by my agent: (. After few weeks of miscommunication, I had to change my agent. I have been State Farm customer for more than 5 years, but haven't had an issue until now. I hope this review helps this office to take necessary actions to make their customers happy next time.

Additional Response to the owner's response: Unfortunately, what you are saying is not true. Your office was well aware of the situation before the payment was missing. The payment was missed because an agent from your office advised to put an hold on payment until this issue get resolved, but no one followed up with that. Every time I call, I had to explain, sometimes remind the same person what the situation was. I was told that they will review and get back to me same day, but not happened except once. When it comes to my aggressive tone, I was very patient even though I had same conversation multiple times. The reason I got upset was because another agent told me previous day that she would investigate my issue and get back to me by the end of day, but I got the call next day from another agent about the payment as if I have not been communicating with the office, and same conversations started again which was not moving forward at all.

One last thing, I would advice that you should read the review in details before responding and take this as a feedback. Instead of accusing your customers of being aggressive to make it look it is all customer's fault, you should focus on what poor service caused an upset customer and try to make it better.

I was in a bind and needed help. The issue I had revolved around the court system and my car insurance. I was in need of an immediate response and a solution to the questions that were asked. I did not know what to do or say and so I called State Farm and Melaina Moon gave me the reassurance I needed.

She walked me through what I needed to do, what I had available, and the choices I can have to find the answer I was looking for. Her sense of urgency gave me the confidence that I was going to be taken cared of and that everything was going to be okay. After our call I was able to resolve the issue and I did not need to pay any fee.

Thank you to Melaina and the State Farm team for helping me and for all you do for the community. I highly recommend State Farm, especially Melaina and Amanda on Mason Road in Richmond, TX. 5/5 stars!

I just wanted to provide feedback on NINA. She's so amazing. She has been handling my policies for years now and she is so attentive, diligent, professional and just always with the best attitude. I can email, call or txt and she is amazing to respond. At every renewal she always has great options and feedback. She just issued 2 life policies for my kids and from start to bind she was always on top of it all. I greatly appreciate her service.

I've been with State Farm for a few years now and the customer service at this specific location has been exceptional! Nina is who usually helps me over there and she is always efficient and very nice! She always answers my questions quickly and is super easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend them to family/friends. Ask for Nina!
