Unbelievably good product and quality customer service. I purchased a Zagg screen protector for my iPhone 14 Pro Max for $60 and 11 months later I dropped my phone accidentally. The screen protector shattered but protected the screen glass itself. I went back to Zagg and they replaced my screen protector under the 1 year warranty. Top quality!

Thank goodness there is a Zagg in our city now! No more driving to one of the other few locations. The store personnel were great. They both were personable and customer friendly. Buyer beware, the warranty that gives you “up to $250 if you crack your screen is not free. It is $19.99 for 1 year and you have to download an intrusive app to keep the warranty in good standing. What a crock of bull.

Arriving at the ZAGG store, I was frustrated and confused. My screen had been put on incorrectly, and I was told that my screen had been cracked. Matthew, helped me replace my screen protector and explained that it was not at all cracked and had just been put on wrong. Each person there went out of their way to help and answer any questions, they were kind, considerate, respectful, professional, and with an extraordinary and phenomenal customer service experience. I don’t even want to buy online, I now only want to go into the store, to receive the phenomenal service that I experienced, today. Customer for life. THANK YOU!

Didn’t help me at all, whatsoever. The main message that came across: “suck it up and pay for a new ‘lifetime warranty’ screen protector even up to once a month if that’s what you need to do.

I’ve come to discover that Zagg is the absolute WORST! Bad product quality, bad customer service, and bad communication and record keeping (within corporate, franchise, and kiosk). Inconsistent customer experience and false advertising about your product.

My experience had been a 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
