This is the third time me and my fiance have had terrible customer service at Zales. Twice at baybrook mall and once at another location closer to cypress. I just waited for 30 min listening to another customer complain about being charged for not having the warranty when they just got her number wrong. Then I got blown off when I was asking for the status of my ring sizing. Im very disappointed and expect better from a company people invest thousands of dollars in.
Not pleased at all with the service or employees! First of all I called 2 days ago to check if my ring was ready for pick up since I never received a call and the lady that assisted me on the phone stated they called but that no one answered. I have zero missed calls and if that was the case why wasn't a voicemail left? So after confirming ON THE PHONE again 2 days ago that my ring was ready when I get there I get assisted by a lady that had a very unpleasant attitude not very welcoming at all just to get there and be told my ring is NOT ready after I called to confirm it was! Wasted 30min drive for no reason! & maybe if the lady that assisted me would have had a little bit more understanding or would have a apologized for the inconvenience they cause me I wouldn't have been so upset but they never apologized and never even gave me an eta as to when it will be ready its been over 2weeks! I work in customer service at a Dealership for over 8years now so I diffidently know that there employees definitely could use some training and if you cant have a pleasant attitude working for your company in customer service then you shouldn't be working there at all. Disappointed by the poor service I was given and bad communication provided by this company that caused me to waste my time I will most definitely not recommend this jewelry store.
I shipped my watch out to get the battery changed and it took longer than expected but the staff was so nice and apologetic that I completely understood and they even informed me that I could come pick it up on a Repair Event day so that I would get an extra 10% off. While I did have to wait longer than expected, life happens and we have to remember that the people on the other side of that counter are just that, people. So I will not hold this against them, I will be returning to have my battery replaced again and to get some new jewelry. I love this Zales.
