Excellent customer service. The guy that helped me with my order was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady who was there when i picked up my order was very nice and friendly. Definitely will go to Zales from now on.

I walked into Zales looking for wedding bands for my fiancé and I (wedding is in October). I was greeted by Hany and left the store with the biggest smile. Hany was incredibly personable and genuine. I think we were both as giddy and excited about the different options to match my rose gold engagement ring. I decided on our favorite (an enhancer) and have zero regrets! I am swooning over my decision and my fiancé’s wedding band as well. Unfortunately they didn’t have his size but I was able to place a special order (expected to arrive in less than 4 weeks) for his big ole finger. I hope that when you go to Zales, you get to make friends with Hany like I did. His knowledge and experience blew me away (he knew my ring size by only glancing at my finger). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.:)

This store is so unprofessional, my fiancé ordered my wedding day jewelry a strand of pearls with matching earrings online and had them shipped to the store along with a new box chain. When it arrived he went to pick it up and everything was handed to him in small plastic baggies. He had to ask for it to be boxed up because it was to be my gift. Now he took my ring to be resized a few weeks ago and it came back with a diamond broken off, it arrived 3 days before he went to pick it up and no one even checked it when it arrived back at the store. It is an hour drive for us to go there and the complete lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Take pride in your work or go find a different job where you don't have to take care of people or their expensive jewelry.

We have been buying from zales for 10 years, since my husband purchased my engagement and wedding bands from there. I recently took them in in January to have them resized and a small diamond replaced. They sent it off and I got a call about 3 weeks later (as expected) that they were back. I went to pick them up and the resizing was done but the diamond still hadn't been replaced so they sent it back off with an estimated return of 3 weeks again. This time my husband picked it up when they called and said it was back again. He brought it home where I realized the diamond STILL had not been replaced. I took it back that same evening to find out what was going on. Why it wasn't replaced and how they didn't even notice. They said it was sent to the wrong vendor, the vendor they sent it to doesn't even do their diamonds. When I asked how that was even possible I was told by a man working there (Not the young lady helping me) that it was not their fault and I had no reason to be upset with them and that I needed to complain to customer service about the vendor. About the vendor I was just told that THEY incorrectly sent it to? How is that not the stores fault? So now they've sent it off again but the expected return date now is over a month out. Why do we continue sending it off through Zales? Because we have the diamond protection plan that replaces them for free.
We won't use them for anything else.

Most of the associates I dealt with didn't seem to care that my ring was taking so long or that it kept coming back more messed up then when we sent it.

Rude staff. I stood outside their establishment to make them feel more comfortable since I’m disabled and can’t wear a mask. After my ring was handed back to me, the lady that helped me was spotted rolling her eyes and making comments to her equally paranoid coworker. Perhaps common decency and basic customer service skills should be implemented in the training program here. Think I’ll close my Zales account and find a local jeweler who values their customers and doesn’t project their issues onto them.

My husband bought my ring from here 2 months ago. He said jennifer helped him find it and it's beautiful. It's a pear shaped halo ring. I came for a resizing and riley helped me. I got it back and it's perfect! We will be coming back for bands to go on the other side soon!

I love this place, I got a my girlfriend a necklace with opals and the store is very clean. One thing that was strange was a lady came by and she was screaming at one of the employees. I've had an experience with that employee and she's really mean and careless. Last time I consulted with her i felt the anger she had and it felt like it was against me. Anyways, the set I got was from Jenna and Opal. Opal especially us great, she's funny and easy to talk to about jewelry cause I don't know much about it. They are so nice. I had to bring in my girlfriend's diamond earrings for an inspection and they were fast and very kind. I like this store. Unfortunately Kay's is closed still but Zales is just as good.

I came by in Christmas with my sister in law to get my wife a new necklace since hers broke. The store is clean, the employees cleaned ALOT which was nice to see. They had a bunch of options for me to choose from. I ended up not getting anything. Here's the reason why. When they let me in, I had one girl greet me but wasnt happy it seemed. She took me to the single diamond necklaces and I thought about getting a 1/2 carrat necklace but things went south real fast. I noticed that she was maybe new or something but she really didn't want to help me at all. The others who called her name said Maddy so I assume that's her name. When I told her my price range, she looked at me like I was crazy and said I wouldn't find anything there. My range was like 400 dollars max. I'm pretty sure I could find something there. After she said that I tried to compromise by saying we can just look and then she rolled her eyes and went to the wedding rings and sat down and told me to look at the necklaces in there. I don't know a lot about necklaces but I know they aren't really with wedding rings. So I went out of the store and looked at the other necklaces by myself. Another girl came up to me to asked if I was helped and I said kind of so she ended up helping with ideas but I didn't want to buy anything after that to be honest. The second girl was really nice, clearly trying to gain a sale but did a great job. I will say besides madison the people there are really nice and helpful. I may go back later but when my wife comes so she can just pick something out. It's just not something I'm good at ha ha.

Would give a 0 if I could. Had nothing but issues here. Had to buy 3 rings because the rings kept breaking. The solution was to buy a more expensive ring. Then I got hit with interest when I wasn’t suppose to. Manager said they would re update my plan since all the issues I had, and I would be interest free until June. Got hit with 800 dollars in April right after I paid the ring off (2 months early). The male store manager never did redo my interest free. I will never go to a Zales again!

Nice people working here, but they definitely set bad expectations. My soon-to-be husband and I ordered our wedding bands here.

We told the rep we had 3 weeks until the wedding and were hoping they could accommodate this. She was so nice and made sure the rings we chose would be ready in time.

The problem I ran into is that the representative who checked us out said, "If you'd like to go ahead and buy today, when you come pick up, I can honor any new sale prices that are on to help you guys out. "
I was surprised and appreciative, so we even upgraded one ring and bought both rings there in store.

When I came to pick up, I mentioned the previous statement and a different attendant said we would have to mail the new rings back and do a full refund and then buy the rings again at the now 40% off sale price- as well as have the new rings made and shipped back out. They would not have been ready at time at this point.

I knew we went in last minute, but felt this would have been a much better experience if better expectations had been set.
The rings are gorgeous, and we look forward to wearing them in just a few days now.
