Zales, Mansfield TX

This branch of Zales had a very friendly costumers service. Specifically Ms. Pamela Riley. Every time we buy something she always helpful and know what she talking about and what is looks good on you and good quality one.

Every time I have went in this store I have gotten nothing but the best service there all of the women have help me out and they don't stand over you they let you look around and is there to help me. I have been going to this store for a year and have been pleased.

Alissa and Pam were very warm and welcoming! I needed a necklace for my Grandaughter and had a little bit of a tight budget. Alissa helped me so much. I felt very good about my purchase. Going back in June when I get my bonus to treat myself to some jewelry! I look forward to shopping with them there! I laughed alot. Great people. Thank you!

This Zales is amazing! The Sales staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Kay specifically was a huge help with choosing the perfect engagement ring.

Kay was amazing she took a rather dismal situation and turned it into a 5 star experience! Having had been to another location and had some of the laziest people ever do all they could to not have to help us I gave Kay a call she was knowledgeable, prompt, and very considerate! She was extremely understanding when I was emotional about the ring I was having to trade in and she found one that made both my husband and I very happy! All of the staff was so helpful and courteous! Thank you Mansfield zales team y’all are the best!
