My wedding ring was set out for repair I picked it up didn't even wear it 2 full days. The same diamond that they repaired and fixed is already fell out. Agai am really upset.

Shanel was great! She helped us with choosing a great wedding set and very conscientious about making us feel comfortable with the process.

My husband and myself went to pick up my ring that had been sent for repair. It was Saturday afternoon, there were 2 sales ladies on the floor. Both sales ladies were with customers when we arrived. It was our turn, we handed her our receipt to pickup the repaired ring. The salesperson keys information into the computer and asks my husband for his identification and says it will take a couple of minutes. There are no other customers in the store at this time. The lady helping us has the ring under a microscope and a young man walks up and engages in a conversation with her about a male salesperson whom is not there and about a piece of jewelry he does not have with him. Our salesperson totally shuts down on continuing to finalize our pickup. The other salesperson tries to help and was ignored. I went to the counter and asked for my ring and was asked to sign that I was satisfied with the repair. All the time she is still conversating with the young man. She apologized for them being SHORT STAFFED!
Unprofessional and not a staffing issue.

Ran in on spur of the moment. The young lady took time to just talk with me about my idea. Let me know there is an upcoming diamond event in March. I found that helpful!

The inventory on the website does not match the stores inventory. Consider yourself Warned.

Husband & I have to have our wedding rings serviced every six months. I don't know the lady's name that provided us service but she provided us with exceptional service

Sydney and Jenn are super sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful! You can take your time looking around without feeling pressured and they don’t mind answering tons of questions or showing multiple pieces of jewelry! There’s a good selection of items and they really take their time with you! I couldn’t recommend a better jewelry store! Everything I’ve purchased from here is great quality and has held up with no problems!

DO NOT EVER SHOP AT ZALES! The absolute WORST quality I have ever dealt with. I lost 5 diamonds out of my original wedding ring in a year after having it for almost 7 years! I was told “it’s just the cut of the ring”. After having my prongs worked on and replaced along with the diamonds. I still continued to lose diamonds after hardly wearing my ring at all. In April, I traded in my ORIGINAL wedding ring for another ring entirely. I’ve had this ring 4 months and I’ve already lost a diamond! I called and was told “it’s out of the return/exchange policy date”. How am I supposed to predict a diamond is going to fall out of the ring I’ve had for FOUR months! This will be taken all the way to corporate and I WILL get my money back! Please be smart, and DON’T shop at Zales!
