My husband and I were just standing patiently in your store in front of your Movado collection (in which we came in yo purchase). When it came time for someone to service us your attendants skips us and served someone who came in much later than us. I walked out very upset. Teach your staff customer service! This is exactly how I left another store and went and purchased my last Movado from another Diamond store! Sad because I buy tons of jewelry from Zales!

I just want to give 1000 stars to Mrs. Monica! She was so pleasant and helpful! I had just visited yours tore location at North Park. My ring had all the stones in it before I gave it to the
JC. She gave it back to me with one of the stones missing. I said Ma’am my stone is missing. She said that the ring might have been so dirty that I must have overlooked it. Not! I was so upset that I left.
But God, I was able to bring it to the Mesquite location! I’m so thankful and blessed to have came here. My ring will be fixed and I’m overjoyed! It’s hard to find empathetic, genuine, and honest people! I want to thank them for also informing me on the (6) month inspection. Just very helpful and the Best Customer’s Service!

14 years later and we still go to Zales in Mesquite Texas to see associate Paula!
Paula is wonderful, she sold usual wedding set 14 years ago and through the years we have always come back to Zales to see her!
