Zales, Baytown TX

We recently went in here to purchase wedding bands. We felt very rushed when I was trying on bands I haven’t seen before and wish we would have went to the original location that we found the rings at for them to get the commission because Lucy at the Garth location was rude, blamed us for leaving our zales card information when she didn’t hand us the information herself, and after the sale seemed as if she didn’t want to help us again when we came in the next day to ask for the information she didn’t provide to us and acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Multiple people came up to us asking if we needed help after telling multiple employees we have nicely been helped, please teach the employees to observe and treat as people and not just a sale. We felt very claustrophobic, rushed, and wished we had a better experience compared to the other locations we’ve been to.

This store is great but the staff is even better! I went in looking for a ring to signify an accomplishment in my life and Whitney was able to find me the perfect piece. She radiates positivity, and her down to earth nature made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I will always look to her for my jewelry needs!

I got engaged recently in June with my partner and I was a little nervous coming looking for an engagement ring. Amber did such a great job with helping me and my partner find a ring. They were very supportive of us and were very good with problem solving. The manager also has a wonderful team and she was also ready to help us. If you need anything please ask for Amber:)

Claire helped us find the perfect engagement ring! Our first visit was nice but our second visit was even better, plus we both knew what we were looking for so it wasn't just a bunch of ooooing and ahhhing. The store was very appealing and their stock was so much better than other Zales we visited. This Zales got it goin' on!

The staff is very friendly! The prices are not bad! My Daughter loved the earrings she saw here so I bought them for her! They have a lot of nice stuff I highly recommend shopping here for your loved ones!

Can't say enough about the team here, they exceeded my expectations! Jessica Courtney, went above and beyond in helping me jump through hoops to have my Fiancé's engagement ring sized, and back in on time. She didn't have to, but moved mountains to help me out.

Communication was key, and with the rest of the team they were phenomenal throughout. Thank you for keeping my interests first and did not pressure into other items or out of scope.

All three ladies helped me with a warranty replacement and even though I didnt Know they closed early that day which was my bad, they still managed to help me out with what I needed And never tried to rush me out of the store. Very excellent customer service
