I would give a ZERO if I could. Once again you pay for the policy to repair or replace. I have many pieces of jewelry from Gordon's in Texas and they were great. Moved to South Carolina. Never had a need to use this warranty until June 2020. Brought a necklace to them, could not be repaired and now I have been trying to get them to replace it and you get rudeness from Denise manager at Haywood Mall. Called corperate three times and was told they would handle this. Now when I call corporate I am put on hold for hours! Have called many times and now can not get anyone from corporate. Have been on hold for 3 hours! Don't waste your time and money on this lying company!

Got my ring when they were at Ridgmar Mall then they moved to west freeway which I didn't get a notice they were moving. Went to the new place off of West freeway to get my ring check because I bought the insurance on it. Went there today since its been 6 months and they aren't there anymore. No notice of where they were going and now I still don't have a zales to go to to get my ring check. I still have 4 years on my insurance and no place to go get it checked. Zales you are not running your company very well. You should had sent out information about either moving or closing. BAD COMPANY.

If you are in the market for jewelry, please stay away from this store. Horrible customer service and NO communication to the customer. I had to call several times to find out what was occurring with my ring repairs. I had to reach out to the corporate office (three weeks into the repair) and have a rep there get involved before I got a call back from the Fresno store. It was almost as if I was being ignored, Christian is not pleasant to work with and how a title of assistant manager is attached to him is beyond me! A whole month passed before I was able to get the ring but In the meantime, I had to jump through hoops to get someone on the phone at the Fresno store. To top it off when I went in to get the ring (a month later), Christian did not make any attempt to apologize or engage in any conversation. Again, ignored by the assistant manager who I would have felt would care since I have bought plenty of jewelry from them in the past. Ring sent in for repair but no repair done when sent back. Wrong pictures attached to the receipt number when emailed the confirmation. No communication, period. “Your ring will be in within a few days, ” can only go so far. 33 Days later is not acceptable. Return customer I will not be!

Some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Which is particularly not expected for such a high dollar purchase. Infinite wait times. Unhelpful representatives. Inaccurate processing times. Buy from someone else. Unbelievably disappointed.

Highly dissatisfied with the refund policy that is only printed on the receipt once the item is purchased. There is a 4-6 week wait for items purchased with cash which is ridiculous. Not only will I never purchase anything else from Zales I will not recommend it to anyone and will voice my concerns on all social media outlets so others will be aware of this policy and the run-around I received from the store and corporate office.

I was approved for a credit card for Zales. This incident involves an employee at the Town Center Mal Kennesaw Georgia location. I allowed someone to make a purchase on the account, however this person had NONE of my information, NOR my card. So I received a call from their sales rep Daina (Possibly spelled incorrectly) I advised Daina that this purchase was a one time thing, and non of my information is to be given out. This person making the purchase was in no way connected to my account. After this purchase, again non of my personal info or the actually credit card went in without my knowledge and was allowed by Daina to make 2 purchases both at different times. This not only led to illegally letting a non account holder make purchases against my will or knowledge, but forced my amount to go over my credit limit once interest added in as well. Furious about this because this violated so many things, I went to the store and spoke with management. Come to find out this woman was not fired! I filed a police report, and took care of things on my end that were to be done. Once the credit card was paid off, the account was closed. Two years later I received and email thanking me for my visit and asking for a survey. I happened to be at Town Center Mall and popped my head in to ask what service I had been in for. The assistant manager helped me since the manager was not in that day. She seemed puzzled as to why I received this email, now granted the one piece of jewelry that was approved had come for its daily service many times oddly this was the first time I had ever received and email. So like anyone would be I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything funny going on, I explained to the asst.manager the troubles I had before and just wanted to make sure the meaning from the email I received. I explained to both the asst.manager and the law breaking employee, Daina that under no circumstances should she even speak about me to anyone. She had already crossed the line and surprisingly still had a job and there should be no reason to mention myself or my account there again and to anyone. A phone call comes in a week later because the employee ran her mouth to the person who was given permission to make the ONE purchase when the account was opened making this huge exaggeration of my visit the week before which unfolded a huge drama scene that was completely unnecessary. When is Zales going to get there act together, first they allowed an employee to let someone who had no information run my card up without consent TWICE, and then myself being scared of any other fraudulent incidents happening went around again and spoke about me coming into to discuss my account with the assistant manager to the same customer she let ring up my bill. This company is lucky I didn’t sue them, and this woman has crossed lines which should lead to termination. Keep and eye on your accounts, this woman will do anything for additional sales and it shows!

I cannot believe a jewelry store would have such horrible reps/customer service. Not only was a clerk rude to me on the phone, but then when I sent jewelry in for another size-I was contacted (I'll leave her unnamed) by a fake-nice rep who called me. But she gave me a general number where I was on hold for almost 30 minutes, then a random email that just goes into their system. So, I'm returning all my Zales jewelry and getting a refund and will NEVER shop at any Zales store ever! They can't even be polite during Christmas time?

They do not honor their warranty. Asked for a supervisor and was given the brush off, no supervisor would get on the phone with me. Had to replace my wedding band twice and they keep wanting me to pay for another warranty. The ring clearly has a flaw in its design. I will take my business elsewhere. By the way Kay’s, marks and Morgan, sales and Jareds are all owned by Stirling except Zells is the only one that will charge you for another warranty on a warrantee ring.

Zales outlet in Blackwood NJ was horrible. Gail Sweeney is the manager and didn’t care about me as a customer. They would not honor their contract and give me a pro rated refund on the lifetime protection plan. It’s now with the BBB. Don’t shop at Kay’s, Zales, or Jared’s. All are owned by the same company. Helzberg is much better and better quality jewelry.

Ordered ring for Mother’s Day birthstones in wrong place
Now after 3 phone calls they tell me must have photo of ring before they can send me postage paid return box in 48 - 72 hours and who knows how long or how many phone calls it will take to get it back

Worst company i’ve ever bought a jewelry item from. They gave me the wrong necklace I wanted, so i asked for a refund. Two months have passed and i still haven’t gotten my money from. Worst Customer service, they take hours just to answer one call. I don’t suggest to buy anything from here

Customer service doesn't exist with this company! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE! And especially around the holidays! Ordered my wifes ring 2 weeks ago. Still have never recieved a shipping staus. It literally says my order doesn't have a shipping status. I called and they lied to me twice about when it will ship. Here it is only 3 days until Christmas, this company is trash! I ordered on the 14th! Way to ruin my wife's Christmas. Wish i could give 0 stars

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered an item for Christmas from their website and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I was concerned the item wouldn't make it so I called them on December 23rd and after an hour and a half wait on the phone (to get through) I was guaranteed again the item will be delivered no later than Christmas. Today is the 26th and still no item. Great way to ruin Christmas

I buy a wedding ring for my son and I never reicive the rings and zales are charge me 545$ with no ring I call zales customer service and they don’t help me at all I’m contacting corporate to see if they help me

They don’t do anything my son cancel his wedding becouse there is not ring I’m so disappointed I’m so mad I just answer no ring and I have a balance in my account of that money

I've been trying for 3 days to reach somebody over the phone and their lines are down. I've tried reaching online support via "chat" with no response. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Worst costumer service I have ever seen. The sales associate's are incompetent the people at the corporate office is just as incompetent. I buy a ring from the store they tell me it will be a week. 2 weeks go buy I finally get tired of waiting so I call corprate. After four people that have no idea how to do there job i finally got to someone with a little knowledge and I find out they cancelled my order and never called or emailed me to let me know. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Stay away from zales.
