Absolutely love this zales! Go see Cam if you can! Customer service is worth the wait if it is busy so please be patient!

I went in to pick out my wedding band set and waited for 10 minutes before leaving. There were two salespeople and I simply was greeted and ignored. One client was inquiring about wedding rings, while another was getting warranty work and cleanings done. I'm not sure if it's because I don't look like I have money to spend or their salespeople simply don't care, but I will obviously be buying my rings somewhere else. I recommend going to the outlet on highway 6 and 529. They are by far more respectful and attentive to their clientele, regardless of appearance. If I could rate this store and the employees zero stars, I would.

Sales Rep Camryn was phenomenal. She was patient with my wife as she looked at rings, necklaces, and earrings. Did a wonderful job at explaining the clarity of the diamonds. I sure hope that the manager realizes what a gem they have in this young lady.

I absolutely love this store! My husband found my wedding ring upgrade here, and the team made the purchase experience memorable for us. Every time I come in, the associates are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I highly recommend the Cypress Zales Outlet location.

Waited in store for about 15 mins looking to get assisted and no one ever bothered. Never liked Zales to begin with

I used the chat online first today but the agent online was no help at all. He said I needed to walk into a store since he was unable to answer any of my questions. So I walked into Zales outlet wanting to purchase a male ring for my husband. I stood and waited over 10 minutes while one employee wiped down the glass window. I asked her if she could help me but she said after she was done cleaning the glass. She then went to mingle with another employee for another 5 minutes until the manager asked her to stand by the door. The employee didn't even express that she advised the customer (myself) that she would assist me next. She just went to stand by the door as I continued to wait. Horrible customer service. I believe since I look young they didn't seem to prioritize helping me with my purchase so I left. I am so upset since I wanted to take advantage of the black Friday sell and buy my husband the new ring that he wanted. I will never step foot in that store again. The sales agents in store need customer service training!

I had a great experience with my sales person. She really listened to what my needs were and my budget. It was a very pleasant experience!

Went here to get a piece for my daughter. Horrible service. Made us wait outside for 30 minutes in heat with 1 person in the store. Rediculous.

Very kind & polite to my spouse & I. Ms. Rory at The Katy Mills Mall can use an entire training day to learn from this location. Every single employee at the Houston Premium Outlet treat me with no hate & no rudeness. I travel from Katy just so I can be treated with respect & feel valued as a customer. Ms. Rory has no business working with the public. She is beyond rude & condescending. I filed a report with corporate and never once heard back from the Katy Mills Outlet Mall manager or district for that matter. STAY AWAY FROM MS. RORY. SHE DISCRIMINATES AND IS ABUSIVE.
