I had a great experience picking out an engagement ring. Super friendly staff, no high-pressure sales pitch.

The staff is personable and helpful, and they've taken very good care of me and my jewelry through various visits - from purchasing and servicing a new watch to getting links removed from a vintage one!

Sabina is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful. She was sure to get us all the discounts available and no pressure on purchases.

Great experience from beginning to end! I went in to look for a set of wedding bands. Great variety of selection to choose from. I received the best customer service! I had to resize a ring and was offered the lifetime protection plan. Best decision made because I could resize it for free and also be in peace knowing the brides diamonds will be taken care of. The ring was shipped off to be resized and came back way ahead of time. I didn’t have time to worry about it shipping later than the date I was given.
This specific location is my go to.

Savannah and Jay were AMAZING! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and ask how can I be helped. I simply went in for a cleaning for my wife’s ring. I was planning to leave the ring to be pick up another day, as another store made me do before, but they cleaned it right there on the spot. The ring came out completely looking brand new. Save your time from going to the mall. Thank you guys so much and most definitely recommend.
