Zales quick to sale jewelry, but not worth a damn about honoring their warranty on watches. Took my wife's watch in on Saturday, to replace a battery.bought a bracelet and left the watch. Told them I would pick up on Monday. If course they could not get to it said they where swamped. NO YOUR ARE UNDER STAFFED. I will never do business with you again. Ask Kay's.

Kevin Terry is one of the most amazing salesman I have ever come across. He took his time looking for the perfect gift for me to give my husband. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff when it comes to Zales and the merchandise that his store has to offer. Zales is definitely lucky to have him on their team. I only give 5 stars because there aren't anymore to click. But he is by far the BEST!

Wow! Had an amazing experience! Tammy helped me find a new band for my ring and she is a saint! She was incredibly patient and kind! I have trouble making decisions sometimes and she was so helpful every step of the way. She has a great spirit and really takes time to make you feel special and important.
Stopped in today to look for an engagement ring. Priscilla was awesome! She showed us so many beautiful options and helped me figure out what I actually wanted. We wanted to check some other places prices first but told her that we would possibly be back. She kept those rings with her until we came back for it. She just knew that it was my ring. I will be shopping with Priscilla for all of my jewelry from now on.
