3 Bikram done right is probably one of the best flows for those looking for a full body workout while developing breath control.
Zen has by for been the best studio ive visitedbin years. They provide the meditative and peaceful aura of traditional yoga while keeping the flow of hot yoga. No yelling or loud clapping with easy to follow guidance.
Highly recommend over the several hot yoga studios between ftw and Arlington.
I am a regular and consistently come to class. I got there at 831 and the door was locked and no one there to let me in. Class starts at 830 however people come in 1-5 mins late all the time. So disappointed I drove 25 mins to go to class. I won’t be back.
The *bessssst* bikram studio in DFW. Beautiful studio, wonderful facilities, and staffed with thoughtful, helpful, encouraging teachers. It feels like home.
