Zen Nails and Spa, Austin TX

I love and recommend this place. Just as the name suggests, prepare to be peacefully relaxed while being pampered.

From my entrance to my departure, I had a wonderfully warm
professional experience. My visit was not planned so I had no idea what I wanted to do. Hadn't been to a nail salon since Covid. Ken looked, listened and made suggestions and turned me over to Joyce. My nails look beautiful, a most relaxing experience -A Zen experience. Joyce was extremely gentle.

I got my nails done here and spent 90$ and 3 hours there and i told the guy (nathan) to check the sizes on both the hands to compare them before he did anything and he went ahead and did them anyways and all the nails were different sizes and they were super thick to the point where i couldn’t do anything.the design was nothing like the example i showed him.worst nail experience i’ve ever had and waste of 90$

Katie is an AMAZING artist! Everyone here is so kind and professional. I am blown away by the talent and the pricing is great. I gave Katie an image of what I wanted but I let her take liberties and she went beyond the Pinterest picture I gave her. I am so happy! These might be the best nails I have ever had!

I ran in there before picking my son up from school and was taken in right away. I haven’t had nails in about 2 1/2 years. About a week and a half ago I bought some press on nails and they kept popping off. I got so frustrated I said, that’s it! I’m going to get some dip powder nails!

I sat down with Katie and she was so professional, sweet, and personable. She was so fast and my nails came out perfect! I will for sure go back and see her every time from this point on.

So nice and helpful with picking colors and designs! Literally best salon i’ve been to in years! Cant wait to come back:)

I have seen both Katie and Joyce. They are both very nice and do a great job! The place is an upbeat environment.

My daughter and I walked in without an appointment. My daughter got acrylic nails and eyebrow wax. They did an incredible job. I got a pedicure and a wax as well. It was so relaxing every one was so professional and kind. We will definitely be going back.

Loved all employees. So friendly and very welcoming. The new decor is beautiful and well done. Had a wonderful appointment. Will be a permanent customer.

Love this place! I have been twice and have received excellent customer service. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They really did some work to the place.it feels fresh, clean and up to date. And my nails look great! I have been there for the classic pedicure and dipped nails and would rate both service an A+. So glad you guys moved into our neighborhood.

Zen nails is the next best thing to enter northern Austin! Clean, excellent quality, professional, and kind personnel. I relocated to Austin from South Florida over the summer and it’s taken me months and a few disappointing nail do’s to find a high-quality, fairly priced nail salon. Zen spa is both and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing nail service.

My girls and I decided to get our nails for my birthday coming up next weekend. I don't have very good luck when I walk into other salons with my 2 daughters in tow (we always get told to come back later or make an appointment). I called Organic Nails today and was told to come on in! These lady's took such good care of us! Thank yall! We will be back!
