Zen Recovery was an absolute pleasure. I enjoyed the food and the cleanliness of the facility. I was a breast augmentation patient, my doctor referred me and I will be coming back for my next procedure soon. This is the Greatest recovery house hands down!

Zen Recovery came highly recommended by my surgeons office for post-surgery recovery. I was looking for a service that could help me with transportation from the surgery center, monitor and assist with my early wound care, and provide meals plus transportation home after my stay. Zen delivered all this and more! Zen had only 5 star reviews and it was obvious that truly care about their clients’ wellbeing. I am so glad that I picked Zen because I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the process - from booking to follow up after leaving. Staying at Zen was the best decision I made towards my post-op recovery. Pampered at every step of my early healing journey, Sophie was professional, very experienced, and delivered top-quality care. Lodging was at an upscale highrise apartment in the Houston Museum District area. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with wound care medical supplies. I had a comfy adjustable bed (along with a recliner in the room too which was helpful) in a private bedroom and bath, access to the kitchen and living area - everything I needed to recover comfortably. Sophie was an easy conversationalist and a great cook to boot! The food was excellent and healthy, and Sophie took all of my dietary requests in mind. I would recommend Zen to anyone during the recovery process. Five Stars All Around For Zen Recovery, Highly Recommend!

When looking for postoperative care, look no further. Zen recovery was simply amazing from the gourmet, meals, accommodations, and attention to post surgical care needs. As an out-of-town guest and as a medical professional, Sophie made sure that I was comfortable, wound care was done impeccably and that all my needs were properly being met. Gourmet meals, daily walks, and even a trip to the nail salon were just a few things that she provided during my stay. Sophie’s attention to detail is far none. Don’t think about it just book it!

I had a couple of procedures done. The care, food, and professionalism are beyond matched. Sofi is very understanding and easy to be around. The place is quiet and beautiful. I would give Zen Recovery Surgical Aftercare 10 stars if I could! My post operative recovery there was so relaxing, private and luxurious. The gorgeous suites are immaculately clean and Sophie takes care of absolutely everything (gourmet meals, transportation, 24 hour skilled patient care) so all you have to do is rest and recover. My time there was worth every penny and I would highly recommend Zen Recovery to anyone looking for top quality surgical aftercare.

Highlights included twisting my natural hair, making the most delicious meals and snacks, and even making sure I experienced a great Houston restaurant on the day prior to my surgery.
