Tom is an amazing instructor, super attentive to detail. You will see your game explode under his tutelage. Definitely a great guy to learn from and a great guy in general.

Absolutely a gem of a gym. The repeated emphasis on safety and injury prevention when working with a training partner or rolling is what got me to checking out this gym. The people here are extremely friendly and welcoming. The gym is very well kept and the mats are cleaned daily. Professor Danny also leads a great yoga class which is definitely worth checking out. I was hooked after the first trial class. They also have showers here for anyone who has to go to work after class

The instructors here are super friendly and great with kids! It is a very clean and organized facility. If you’re in the area and want to sign up your kid for martial arts, definitely give this place a shot. Ever since my son started, he never wants to miss a class.

I was invited to the open mat class and really enjoyed it. Even as a lower rank in Gracie jujutsu, I was allowed to roll with the upper ranks. Most schools won’t allow this. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and great teachers. If you are a newbie or a pro, these instructors will have a lot to offer you. The dojo is very clean, a nice open space and a very safe environment. If you are looking to start BJJ for the first time or looking for a switch to a better school, then this place is for you. Jujutsu will change your life, you will love the journey. Begin that journey here!

This gym has great instructors and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend training here.

The Instructors here, especially coach Tom, are really patient and care about their students growth and safety. My nephew absolutely loves coming here to train! If you are in the area, definitely come!

I have been looking for a jiu jitsu learning center in the area and I am very happy when I found ZenCosmic. Coach Danny and Tom are both very patient and good with kids. My 5 years old son fell in love with their class the first day when he attended their trial class. He was able to pick up a couple techniques on the first day of class. They kept jiu jitsu highly interactive and interesting for kids. More importantly, both coaches care a lot about safety. All classes are designed to be safe for all kids during training sessions. Thank you coaches!

Tom is a wonderful instructor! He has a very patient and calm nature which works well with all ages.

Coach Danny is great!
My kids have learn BJJ with him for a while, he not only teaches them the skills, he also emphasizes discipline and critical thinking.
I myself also learn yoga for BBJ with Coach Danny, it helps a great deal with my strength and back pains.

Instructor Lam is actually an octopus in human disguise. He gently cradled my neck and applied pressure to my carotid, lulling me into the forever sleep. 10/10 would get jitsu'd again.

Staff members are incredibly welcoming and informative. You don't simply learn specific moves. Lam went into great detail about why we use specific techniques, proper positioning for control, and how specific moves can be countered (and how those counters could be countered. And how the counter of the counter could also be countered.)

Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, this center is a fantastic place to be. If you've never rolled before, give it a try! Stop by and get octopus'd - It's a wild experience.

Zencosmic encompasses so many things that are important in a jiu jitsu gym - SAFE, high level and intelligent instructors, family and kid friendly, and clean facilities. A gym that has a strong female presence says a lot about the safety and culture of a gym. Other small touches that make a huge difference - shower onsite to use after training, easy parking, yoga classes specific to jiu jitsu, easy communication with staff. The neighborhood is lucky to have this new addition.

ZenCosmic BJJ is run by some really wonderful folks who immediately make you feel right at home and comfortable and safe. Doing a martial art can be really scary and intimidating but their emphasis on safety is incredibly reassuring. They have created warm and inviting space and I'm looking forward to continue training with them!

I recently attended a yoga class here, and it was great! The instructor adapts the class to different fitness levels and encourages body awareness. The facility is clean and welcoming.

My kids have taken BJJ classes from Danny in the past and absolutely loved it. He keeps it fun! They can't wait to come to his new location.
