So I use to work here for them and was wrongly let go after they got free help and to find out they did this to another guy named Steven but I don’t recommend coming here if you’re coming from southwest or any school, he first told me when I went to go for the job as long you’re willing to learn and work then I don’t mind showing you but soon I started all I got told was “ go ask Fernando” any help I needed never took the time to show anything but top it off soon he gets free help you will be out of a job. He wanted me to quit school to go work for him full time and stop going school since it got in his way but his hours 7: 30-6 and I would leave at times 4: 30 or 4 at times due school or I had to get my daughter to appointment but yet I was let go and he will allow others to go in whenever they like but long they make him money he’s fine with it but not once didn’t I sign paper saying he was able or could do that but glad I found other work, DONT WORK HERE FORSURE ILL BE SPREADING THE WORD TO SOUTHWEST STUDENTS.

I brought my wife's car in for a a/c diagnosis, I ask that they didn't replace anything and only diagnose, they refused service after 3 days of the car being there messing with the car, fortunately they didn't charge me a dime. Customer service is not the best but I think they are a honest company

My favorite 2nd opinion guy! I get very skeptical with the first mechanic so I go with Zenitram auto mechanic and they showed me what happened, why, and what not to do next time. Prices are very reasonable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM OLD MALE PERSON IN OFFICE, HE NEEDS PR SKILLS, RUDE, AND TOWING SAME RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CASH ONLY AND VERY OVERPRICED, VERY POOR WORK. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THIS PERSON TOOK OVER BUT BACK IN 2014 THEY HAD GREAT PEOPLE RUNNING THAT BUSINESS. SAD NEVER AGAIN. I WISH THEY WOULD PUT 0 STARS ON REVIEWS CAUSE THAT'S WHAT I WOULD RATE THEM AT A BIG FAT 000000000.

After getting my transmission replaced I realized that they fixed my other stuff with duck tape. I will no longer be doing business with them. It’s a scam.

These guys are crooks, charged me and did a absolutely nothing, no wonder there was no one there getting their car serviced, stay away people

I had been taking my car here for YEARS, recently I went to have some work done on my cooling system. I took it back because it overheated. I told them my series of events, and later in the day, I called to get the status. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Acting as though I wasted their time. They said they did a pressure test and nothing was wrong with it. Picked up my vehicle. The next day I overheated again. The hose going into the engine had disconnected. When before, I had asked them to please check that out because all 3 hoses were loose. I called them various times, but no one answered or called back. Towed my vehicle to another mechanic, and the t-joint was shattered and plastic was broken and loose, plastic in the hose going in towards the engine. Disappointed isn't a strong enough word to describe how I feel. I would not recommend it to anyone. Their service has declined seriously in past several years and the owner seems like doesn't care.

Update, the cooling system was littered with debris from the T-connect joint, the system was flushed, the thermostat was changed because it was stuck open due to debris. I am beyond upset. If they would've taken the time to listen to me maybe or they cared enough to pay attention to the details this would not have happened.

Fast and expensive is going to be bad. The old owners use to be good now the new owners are not that good.
