Zenna, Plano TX

The food is amazing but they need to be consistent with spice level. Number 5 (hot) in their menu is some time a number 5 and sometimes a number 3. So when I order sth as hot I want it to be hot not medium or mild. Thats the only reason to take one star.

Dine in was good, but there was a long wait, the server was nice, food was great but they just need better management with some renovation. Awesome place to enjoy Japanese food.

I ordered 4 pad thai/noodle dishes for me and my family and none of them tasted like pad thai or what they were supposed to taste like. My pad thai was very bland, my husband said his pad see ew tasted like bland stir fry. I still to this day do not know how they managed to make my food so bland and the taste was so confusing. If you want thai food, don't come here.

Good food but for the last couple months I can't seem to get them to give me any spice. I always ask for 4 but the never put any on it. Not sure why:/

I’ve been visiting/ordering from this restaurant for 12 years now and am experiencing the worst and complete disregard tonight. We placed an online order which oddly said it would deliver tonight’s dinner, 3 days from now. When we finally got in touch with someone from the Plano location (where we ordered from), the girl who answered had no good idea about when our food would actually get delivered. Her excuse was that it is a full house, granted this is common in the restaurant industry, there are no reinforcements on how to handle this at the Plano location. If it is impossible to keep up with a large clientele due to low staffing, don’t take orders you can’t fill. We are now entering our third hour in to waiting on an answer on whether I can eat tonight or get my money back so I can go eat somewhere else. I suppose since the payment was already taken when we placed the order, there’s no incentive on fulfilling it. We’ve been on the phone waiting for an answer for over 30 min and have have no updates.

Expect to wait a very long time, if you order through grubhub, don't expect them to ring your doorbell or knock on your door, and leave it out in the hot heat for it to go bad without telling you that it's here. This place apparently used to be amazing but I have never been to a good zenna. This was my third and final try and as usual I am left disappointed and just made by their old tasting fish, that definitely feels like it is turned. Bad form old chaps. Bad form.

We drove hours for this place. 2 years ago it was my favorite Thai food but yesterday I found dead bug in my drink and the restaurant smelled like sewage. Really gone down hill extremely disappointed.

This place had the best calamari I've ever had. It was real, light, and the sauce it on point. I ordered two. If they had a dinner/lunch portion I would've definitely ordered it. I had the dynamite crab roll, it was drenched in sauce but it was good. I was able to sample some Thai fried rice, there's is worth trying. I would go back. Go check this joint out.

Great place to eat when you have time to go there.dont't try getting anything delivered though. Doordash will take your order and your money without confirming they have drivers in the area.

Helpful and attentive staff with incredible memory for remembering orders! Happy hour menu 7 days a week from 3-7pm is limited but has great dishes to choose from. No sweat tea!: - (Everything we ordered was decent quality and tasted good!

Plano location is good.for where it is. Besides Plano Super Bowl and Whataburger, little is left open past the bars. Fold is phenomenal (tum kha gai)! Staff is friendly.

Biggest problem? NO ALCOHOL UNTIL 3PM!?

Motel next door is a little seedy-ish for Plano, but right off hwy (75) so easy access.

I went in, got seated at a booth, lady served us water and that was our service for about 35min. Finally I waved down one waiter & thought she was going to come but 15min later my friend went up to them & asked for service. Took about 5min before one of the 3 servers figured put who would service us. Sushi was alright, had better at kroger but, my friends rice was good. If it wasnt for us catching up, our want of sushi & time limit we would have left. Guess their service is only good at happy hour, when its packed of ppl. Dont go when it's slow cause their service is terrible.

Parking here is trash. Everything else is fine, but somehow after circling the parking lot for 20 minutes, that hardly even matters. The motel 6 next door actually tows.

Waiting on an order I placed to go over an hour ago. Been at the restaurant and paid for 30 minutes. The website said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Every time I come here I'm disappointed. I haven't even gotten the food and I'm over it.

The food here was great. One problem you might have when you go in is you might think that you won't get enough but that is more than incorrect the price is great and the food is very filling

Food and service are good. Not a place to take kids late at night or even yourself if you don't want to he bothered by loud obnoxious young adults.

I love Zenna! Best Thai food place when combining aesthetics, taste, selection and cost. They tend to get a bit heavy on the spice though, even when you ask for a 1 of 5 on their spice scale.

My first here, ordered a fried rice to go. It is quite good for the price and I'd come again if I'm in the area. Don't judge the restaurant by its very inconspicuous entrance.

Service was terrible. After being seated, after 30 minutes I had to flag down a waitress for assistance everyone was walking by purposely not making eye contact. Once the food was ordered the plate had human hair in it. I don't recommend this restaurant at all avoid at all cost. If it was a rating below one star I would use it

Pleasant surprise. Box looks small but it is really a lot of food. I was satisfied. Noodles were delicious.
