Zero-In Carpet Cleaning, Harker Heights TX

Fantastic experience and highly recommend this service. Upon move in to my new home the carpets were supposedly cleaned. I’m allergic to dogs and the carpet had an overwhelming smell of dog urine so bad I kept the doors closed to the rooms to prevent the odor from spreading throughout the house. I have young children that will be using these rooms and as a parent I couldn’t stomach these conditions. They were heavily stained and even after detailing it in my move in inspection and complaining to the property management company nothing was done. I called this company and not only did they do an amazing job they came the same day saving me so much stress before my family arrives. Travis was extremely professional and my overall experience was amazing. I won’t use anyone else for my time in central Texas.

Great communication thru email to set up an appointment. However when the time came to get my carpets cleaned. Travis didn’t show up nor did he let me know he wasn’t going to make it or anything. No notice at all. I tried to contact thru phone, text, emails and to no avail. He had such great reviews online but I guess they’re not updated reviews.

After I called and left messages, Travis reached out a day later to reschedule. Apparently they were having equipment troubles. They were supposed to reach out to everyone but forgot to reach out to me. I’d thought I’d get a discount for the inconvenience but no deal. Travis did do a quick and good job on the carpets though.

Great communication! Worked with us on what we needed done & did a great job for the price they charged! Will definitely use them again.
