Arrived on time, very efficient and very professional. Unfortunately our puppy had an accident so Zerorez made it a priority to come out and clean up really quickly! It also is great to know that no harsh chemicals are used! We will 100% use them again if needed. Thank you!

Easy to book with affordable pricing. They don't use heavy chemicals or shampoos so the carpet always feels soft after a cleaning. Josh was great. Professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. He even took time to share tips on how we can keep things looking better for longer. He said they aren't as well known in the Lubbock area which is a shame because they do great work.

These guys are very kind and on time. They did clean the carpets and stains, however the smell keeps returning even with the extra smell eliminator. So I would say if you have a room that has a strong pet smell, it may not have much effect to get them cleaned. They did come out and try again at no cost, however the smell remains. Props to ZeroRez for their efforts in this room. It may just be too far gone.

I like that the carpt of my old house now looks as good as new with no chemicals. I reccomend Zeroez above all other carpet cleaning companies in Lubbock!

Landen and Nate were very professional, explained everything very well and were very thorough to look for problem areas from our multiple cats. They finished quickly and took care of everything we needed them to. The carpet cleaning is still drying, but already it smells better in the house! Thumbs up!

I highly recommend using ZeroRez. Josh (Lubbock) was very professional and efficient. He cleaned upholstery on my living room furniture that had been in storage for 2 years. He was able to brighten up the fabrics, removing dust and dirt. With ZeroRez, there were no harmful or strong chemicals, no perfumes or scents; everything was cleaned with natural products. I am definitely going to be hiring Josh again in the future for cleaning carpets and they also clean tile/grout, and seal the floor tile grout so it won’t stain.

Did a great job cleaning the carpet but it took 8 hours to dry I think he could have spent a little bit more time getting some of the water out of the carpet
