Doctor is really kind and personable. Wait times when calling in can be rather long if calling during peak times but the MD is great.

Dr. Ozigbo was extremely friendly, honest and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed or overlooked. I left feeling optimistic about my health concerns. The staff at Zima Medical group were all very kind and attentive as well. I think I’ve found my new PCM at Zima. Thank you!

They gave me the wrong CT scan referral and when my primary hospital called them it went to a patients cell phone…incredibly unprofessional and a waste of your time.

Staff is friendly but not helpful. Called a day ahead to let them know I needed to be in and out due to other appointments in the day. They said it would be okay just show up earlier to do paperwork. Showed up 20 minutes early. Front desk made me wait 20 additional minutes to “verify insurance”. When asked what the hold up was, the lady responded “ oh let me just call that will be quicker”? Not proactive at all. Please share if you’ve had similar experiences.

Very professional, caring and took charge for all my medical issues referring immediately to specialist not like other doctors.

Staff very friendly been coming since the middle of January 2023. When they were short staffed they got to everyone in a timely manner. Maybe not in the time they wanted but still got to everyone. They are now fully staff and was seen in what seemed like a breeze and all my questions were answered and addressed.

Been seeing Dr Ozigbo for many years. He is very thorough and friendly. Highly recommended.
