Fast and friendly service. They had everything I was looking for, in stock and at a reasonable price. The parts department staff were knowledgeable and when I called back a few days later with some follow up questions, they remembered who I was and were just as helpful over the phone as they were in person
Never have I enjoyed a shopping experience as well as dealing with these folks. Jaret was prompt and attentive to my tractor needs.

Didn't get guy's name who delivered it to me, but he made sure I understood the tractor, in pouring rain.

After searching around the market, I knew Kubota was the zero turn of choice. I first called the dealership and spoke with Zane about inventory and the current offerings. Zane was very detailed and walked me through the options. We made the trip to the dealership in Denton and saw what we would be investing in. After sitting down and talking numbers we walked away with paperwork and awaited delivery of our Z125 54" ZT. Zane was very responsive through the entire process, given a few snags happening. Overall we're very pleased with our purchase. I highly recommend working Kubota and Zane in their Denton office. Thank you!

Update: We had service on tractor parts and there was some misunderstanding and miscommunication. Lisa in the Service Dept fixed everything and she delivered the best service and made a nightmare of an issue turn into a great one. I hope Lisa gets all of the respect and consideration for the next promotion. I have never seen someone diffuse a situation so effortlessly. She is a great asset! Thank you Lisa and the whole Zimmerer team!

I bought my bx2380 from Jaret at the Gainesville store. He has gone above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one and make sure I understood how it all worked. Their excellent service doesn't stop at delivery. If you're looking for equipment, this is the place to buy.
I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! They dont care about their customers at all! The service department is a joke and will do whatever they can to run up a bill. Trying to get someone to call you back is impossible.actually i dont think they have ever called back. Be prepared to wait MONTHS and MONTHS to get your equipment fixed. I should have listened when people said this place was shady.
Purchased a New M5-111 from Rick, had an AMAZING experience doing so! Customer service I received was second to none! Beginning to end the process was smooth, they went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and answered all my questions prior to the purchase to make sure my equipment met my needs. Delivery was spot on, Kept me apprised of delivery and made sure I knew all about my Tractor before they left. I would drive 100 miles out of my way to give this dealership my business in the future. The service department here is ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL! They have been horrible to deal with on now three different occasions. Do not buy a tractor from here if you need them to service it for you. It takes weeks to get even small repairs done on your brand new tractor! And in response to their below comment, the last time I sent this tractor to get a part replaced on it, they said it would be done "in 1-3 days"- it took about 10 days and i had to call multiple times to try and get it back even that soon!
