Not bad the people there are nice but prices are okay if you just want something quick you don't have to go too far

Borderline crooks. Had to fight for an hour to get my money back because they dropped the ball on an order. If you can't fulfill the order and have no plans too then you have no choice but to refund the customer. You can't just keep the money. Seems pretty basic but they really expected me to give in and just walk away.

Have been looking for a bottle of Eagle Rare Bourbon for quite some time. Stop by the Willis location quite often to see if they have gotten a shipment. I thought last Wednesday was my luck day when the gentleman said he had 1 bottle in the back room. Price $180! This is a $50 bottle at most normal stores. When I questioned the price the gentleman became extremely rude and disrespectfull! After this I wouldn't shop at Zipps if their Eagle Rare was $50 a bottle. This employee needs to spend some time at Specs Willis
and take lessons on friendly and professional customer service!

Great service and prices. Was able to help my friend and make her happy … she’s never happy, so that’s a good thing and I highly recommend shopping here if in needs of a vape or smoke accessory.

Shah has the best customer service around. I look forward to seeing him after work everyday. The store always has what I need and I will go out of my way just to come to this store.
