Usually pretty fast and always friendly. Alex the manager gives excellent customer service
Terrible customer service. 1st time here greeted by a moody old man. Before I could even finish speaking was given a ridiculous quote of 45 min wait for inspection with one person ahead of me. Not sure why, maybe feeling insulted by our lovely rep, but customer leaves so I’m next. After all that didn’t pass for a small crack in windshield on passenger side but went down the street and passed because the crack wasn’t obstructing drivers view. I wouldn’t go back to that musty smelling place if you paid me.
Love this place. Good people. Only took 10 minutes for my car inspection.
