I was looking to print some custom sweat shirts and t-shirts from a local business. I visited the physical location and was immediately treated very rudely.

I said I was there to because I was looking to design some custom t-shirts and sweat shirts but was immediately told "I don't know what you want" with no opportunity to tell them what I was working on. They then said "we have a lot, do you want Gildan? This brand? That brand? What do you want? " At this point I asked if they had anything that was made in the USA and was told "I don't know. "

I then asked if I could walk around their store and see their shirts and other samples on display. The staff discouraged I see anything and said "it is very dangerous and you can trip and fall. " They then let me see their samples and a nice gentleman from the back asked if I had any questions but I was so off put by the initial encounter at the front that I quickly left.

I came here because I wanted to support a local small business before going to the big players online. Hope your visit will be better than mine.

I am a Hurricane Laura and Delta evacuees. My grandmother turned 93 while we were still away from home. We wanted to at least try and make her feel special and enjoy to take her mind off of the devastation. I wanted a shirt made and needed it that same day. James came through and exceeded my expectations! Hes kind and very helpful! Thank you so much! My grandmother loves it!

So psyched! This place is super awesome. James was so easy to work with and made my vision come to life and even provided same day service (subject to availability I’m sure). If you don’t like the shirts they have in stock you can bring them something and I really liked that bc I wanted a fitted tank. The quality and price are unbeatable compared to Etsy shops I’ve purchased shirts from before. Talking with James I learned they’ve been in business for 30+ years and do screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, vinyl, silk screen etc.safe to say I found my one stop shop for my future “visions” for things like concerts, sporting events, etc! If you’re looking for memorial shirts for a lost loved one, I also noticed that they had lots of people come in for those and they looked fantastic. You can email them ahead of time with your design ideas and they can quote you as well! Everyone was friendly and made the process a breeze. Thanks so much Zippy’s! Especially to James! P. S. I was only looking for an individual shirt but they had huge orders I saw them working on as well! If y’all have a shirt business I could see where this would be cost effective- especially if you’re located in DFW and want to save on shipping!

James is awesome. I had my son's graduation this past weekend and my normal tshirt guy stopped answering my calls 2days before the graduation. My cousin took me to James, he not only made 44 shirts the same day he gave me a much better price. I will definitely be using him again. James is very professional and he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customer.
