The Zips dry cleaner location was awesome today. I showed up last minute and Karime was so kind to allow me in and accept my clothes. Her courtesy smile and attention to my laundry was refreshing.

Love ZIPS, several locations in town. Have used them since 10/2020. Great customer service employees. Karime on Parmer Ln.is very professional and attentive. ZIPS used to be very affordable compared to competitors but as of yesterday one of the most expensive dry cleaners in town per my personal opinion comparing to previous prices, probably charging same price as other competitors. Dont know need to be checked. Thanks for you for proving great clothes cleaning!

I wanted to set up a rewards account but couldn’t do it on the app. I went to the store, and Karime was able to get me set up immediately. She was a wiz in ising the software in setting everything up, offered me the signup bonus without my asking, and did it all with an upbeat, friendly demeanor. What a great experience!

Love going here to get my clothes dry cleaned. Karime always takes good care of me and is the absolute best!

This used to be my favorite place to go to get my clothes dry cleaned, but recently as a few weeks ago, they lost a pair of pants of mine. I don't understand how you lose pants and I won't be reimbursed for it because I don't have the original receipt for it which is understood because it's my work pants and they were issued to me and my company that I work for bought them in bulk so they don't have no single receipt for them as well. This is very disappointing I really like going up there and using their service but now this whole experience has soured me on them

Great price and great service.
Could be expensive for smaller clothes but for larger clothes like a suit or a coat, we found the price quiet fine

My dry cleaning order was split and the clothes that I needed for my tech conference would be delayed. However, Janelle found my clothes and called me later that same day and saved my "fashion disaster"! She is awesome and I appreciate the great service at my Zips Dry Cleaners on Parmer Lane & Mopac!

When in to to get help with a suit and MS. Karime was awesome and help me with all my needs.

Never answer the phone. They also lost my favorite pair of yellow linen pants. (I will update this review if they end up finding the pants but it has been two months and they still have not been able to track them down.)

Every time I go into the store, Arthur Ortiz calls me by my name. He is always very friendly and knows how I like my dry cleaning. He is the reason I keep using this store.

Stopped by ZIPS off Parmer yesterday in the a.m. I was greeted by a very nice man who introduced himself as Arthur. He answered all my questions and shared details on cost for dry cleaning (a $1.00 cheaper than the service I use now) and same day service, if received before 9: 00. Upon my return before 9 a.m, I was greeted by my name, as I unloaded 12 - 15 items, including laundry. I received a text that my items were ready at 4: 30. However, I returned the following morning, for pickup. Arthur even asked if he could assist loading the clothing in my SUV. He is an exceptional employee with impeccable customer service. I will continue to use ZIPS because of the wonderful service provided. Thank you!

Great prices but a little slip on the clothes not being ready when promised this time. Still worth the drive from Cedar Park for the huge savings on dry cleaning - but please open a location further north.

Been my go to since i moved to Austin, Karime is always super helpful and has me pulled up before i even walk up

Patrick helped walk me through setting up the app as well as getting my pickup and delivery scheduled. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
