ZO Skin Centre Houston

Went to get a hydrafacial last week and my esthetician Britany did an OUTSTANDING job! She’s as professional as it can get! And my skin looks amazing, definitely recommend her to everyone!

Very nice place. Staff always friendly and able to answer all questions. I usually see Dr. Mark and I’m always satisfied with his work and expertise. I referred some friends to visit ZO Skin before and I will in the future.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I got the hydrafacial at this place last year on 12/20/22. I was told dermaplaning is complementary with the first hydrafacial. However, last year I didn’t get the dermaplaning because I waxed my face prior to the appointment since I was flying out of country. I didn’t want to be extra harsh with my skin, so I ended up getting only the facial. I was told that I can get complementary dermaplaning with my next facial. I went to get hydrafacial on 10/13/23. They charged me for dermaplaning after the treatment was completed. When I told them how I didn’t get the dermaplaning with my first hydrafacial, they didn’t believe me because their esthetician FALSELY documented I got facial with dermaplaning last year when I didn’t. They ended up charging me $75 dollars extra for dermaplaning that I didn’t need. The worse thing is that the supervisor didn’t believe me and called me a liar. This place and the supervisor are horrible. They lack integrity and customer service that are essential for a business. The hydrafacial was NOT good at all this time. The esthetician missed several spots. It felt like they don’t used the enough boosters and are very stingy with it. The hydrafacial is suppose to be an hour long treatment and I was out in less than 45 mins. This spa uses
Zo Obagi products on your face to give the immediate glow by using products that contains salicylic/glycolic acids. The Zo Obagi products are good but the customer service provided at this spa is the WORST. The Hydrafacial at this place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would never go this spa ever again.

I absolutely love going to ZO for my Botox and filler! Mini is the absolute BEST in town. I’ve been to many places over the years and won’t go anywhere else from now on. Everyone at ZO is very friendly and professional. I always enjoy my appointments and my results have been fantastic. I look forward to my future results and at some point I’ll get around to trying some other services they offer. I’m so glad I found ZO it’s really been a game changer for me. Getting Botox and filler used to make me a little anxious, but at ZO I don’t worry because I know I’m in good hands. I would highly recommend ZO to my friends and family. Elyssa is the absolute best! My mom and I have been going to her for years now! She’s so kind! I used to have really bad cystic acne and she along with Zo skin products have transformed my face! I will never stop recommending her! Listen to what she tells you and buy the products! They genuinely work!

This is my first visit to ZO Skin Centre Houston. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Miss Herminia “Mini” Garcia, RN and staff listened to my concerns of my spider veins and rosacea that I have had for many years on my nose. She chose the IPL Therapy for Face to start treating my concern. I have had the first treatment with Miss Garcia and the results were incredible. I am very pleased with the first treatment. I will be scheduling my next 3 treatments with Miss Garcia. ZO Skin Centre the staff and Miss Garcia have given me my confidence back and they can do the same for you. I highly recommend ZO Skin Centre by Zein Obagi MD for all your Skin Care needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Elyssa and the ZO products. I have the membership so I get a hydrafacial every month. Highly recommend! It’s relaxing and your skin feels so smooth after. I use the products El has recommended to me and honestly I’ve never been happier with my skin. I have dealt with melasma for years and prior to coming to ZO had done clear and brilliant treatments, chemical peels, etc. I came to El thinking that I was never going to get improvement on my melasma. I did the ZO plan/regimen and about cried. I feel so much more confident in my skin now and find myself wearing tinted sunscreen/moisturizer most days instead of needing/wanting heavy coverage.

I had my very first facial at ZO with Natasha and she was the best! She made me feel at home and was so patient with all my questions. It’s been awhile since I had service like that. The best part was that she was honest and you can tell she truly cares about skin and tailors the experience to each individual. She also didn’t push me to buy a bunch of stuff, which is usually why I avoid places like these. As a result, I’ve booked my husband for a facial with her already and I will be going back myself for skin care products and facials! Thanks guys!
