I want to give high praises to Kelli Perrill for the excellent service she provided to me.
I had lost my best friend to COVID and decided to
make arrangements for my own funeral. Due to
COVID I did not want to go in person. Kelli called and arranged for us to do everything on virtual FaceTime.
Kelli is professional, not pushy, explained all the points and answered all my questions. Kelli made excellent suggestions that I had not thought of.
I want to highly recommend Kelli Perrilli to everyone.
We should all take care of our own funeral arrangements, especially during these difficult times.
We don’t want our loved ones having to make decisions at such hurtful times.
When my best friend passed away, her sons went through financial difficulties and at the same time

They were super helpful w/ logistics when my mom passed away in New Braunfels but her final resting place is Houston. They were excellent w/ communication, knowledge share & follow up. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this funeral home. My father’s services were held this past weekend. From the beginning, I received an immediate call from, Rey Luera, the funeral director. He was on top of things! He was compassionate and understanding. He went above and beyond along with all his staff to make our wishes come true. I know I was emotional the day I visited you to make arrangements but I never remember you discussing adding insurance to my package. I would have turned it down if you had brought it up. There is no need for insurance. Besides I don't even understand what the insurance is for?

My husband and I were so blessed to have had the help of ALL of the staff at Zoeller. Losing our daughter is the hardest thing we've had to endure. The Zoeller staff made saying our last good bye as pain free as possible. They helped with everything- from choosing a viewing date, to setting up remembrances, to dressing her for one last time, to respectfully helping out at the cemetery to sending out our thank you cards. I will forever recommend this location for all those wishing to honor their loved ones one last time.
