Staff was extremely helpful, and nice. The manager helped me find the perfect fit for the pants i wanted, and the lady at the counter was extremely friendly.

Love the store, but never opens on time and I’m always waiting for hours outside. Customer service says that no one is notified if they open later than usual, so I’m kinda just stuck waiting, hoping they’ll open before I’m too late for work. Should consider changing their hours. Other than that, great employees and great customer service!

Victor was extremely knowledgable, approachable, and patient in answering all my questions. I had a good understanding of the wheels and bearings I had bought and he even tightened my big and small bolts on my skateboard trucks.

I believe employees are stealing points from orders made by customers either that or they dont care to make sure the email is correct I was told I would recieve an email to finish my sign up and did not recieve anything!

Got my hubby a skateboard built for Valentines Day here. The lady was real nice I dint know anything about what skateboards need but she helped with everything wait was only 10 min. Def would recommend. Saw alot of cute clothes n match too.

Kinda a shame that there is a 'Walmart' of skateboard shops around. Hope they don't put local skateboard shops out of business. Shame on you if you work for them or support them!

I saw a hoodie my brother had been looking for and it was one that was hanging high, i asked someone at the register for help, i didn’t care who cause there was plenty people there so ya know not asking for one person specifically.after i asked for help this asian boy with airpods behind the counter said “no” and everyone started laughing? Aside from the girl whose name i unfortunately did not get but she tried to recover it and she was great and really helpful! I work retail as well (nike and starting vans soon) so it was kind of just odd but pretty expected from teen boys so i personally don’t think anything of it but just wanted it to be known! Other zumiez i’ve gone to everyone’s been great and always has that zumiez attitude that having worked in a mall as well you know and recognize so this experience was definitely a different one.still love zumiez as a whole though!

Maybe the most unorganized, disheveled, trashiest store I’ve ever been in. With a couple of dudes behind the counter that can’t look up from their phones to acknowledge customers. Makes you wonder who manages a store like this? What is the district manager doing? Very strange!

Go see Bailey if you want to customize a skateboard! She's awesome and super helpful!

Usually when I come here the staff is nice. Idk who the blue haired Asian chick is but she was really rude to me.
