Went in today but didn't find what I was looking for. Just want to say that the customer service was great. Thanks for the friendliness. I will be back because of that.
The selection was great I which they had sizes that fit me but maybe next time. But on my visit I found some more sticker I loved.
Had some cool shirts, I was able to get a FMAB and Cowboy bebop shirt, and I haven't seen those anywhere else. The cashier also liked my shirt, which had Levi from AOT on it, so that was cool.
Victoria and America were super helpful and amazing customer service, highly recommended this store!
1: 15pm on 7-11-21 all doors locked during business hours. Employees could clearly been seen inside on cell phones.
Usually love this store, and always find something I want to buy. That was not the case this time.
Typically when you enter a shop you’d be greeted and asked if you need help finding anything. As soon as I entered the employees looked at me and ignored me. The young lady folding clothes in the front rolled her eyes and sat down with her phone. Three young kids were busy in their conversation, and another one was doing tricks on his skateboard as I walked by and the others just standing around. Another was by the registers just on his phone. As I was looking for employees to help, I quickly realized that these were the employees. These kids who obviously get paid to do nothing. I understand the “chill” vibe of this place, but this was pushing it. And not to mention the whole place smelled like weed. I did not feel comfortable even walking around. I left after only 2 minutes in the store. Horrible experience compared to other Zumiez I’ve visited, where I left happy and wanting to go back.
I was here with my 18 year old daughter. She loves this store. They carry her style of clothing. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
Sam is amazing! Highly recommend this location. I was looking for a specific design & size not in the store. Sam looked online & even offered the BOGO 50% off w/ my online order.
