Zumiez, Frisco TX

We are from California and we've been Zumiez guests for a long time, in store and online. On May 16th we ordered 2 masks (Empyre with roses) online because they weren't available in store yet. Yesterday we received the package, however, it was empty and unsealed and damaged with notes and apologies from the postal office as they received it that way. We called customer service several times and sent an email. We didn't want the refund but we wanted the items. We went to the postal office but all we could do was file a complaint online which we didn't do. We went to our favorite store in Stonebriar mall where we normally shop. The staff is always nice but today we were impressed by the prompt taking of action to solve the issue by Haven and Angie. Also the young man at the register was very helpful. Haven contacted her manager and they gave us the same 2 masks that were lost that the store luckily received today. Great job Zumiez at Stonebriar.

Went in for some sunglasses and sebastian was the best employee ive ever had help me.he helped me pick the right ones for me and deserves lots of respect. Thanks so much,

Most energetic and friendly staff I have ever met at any store ever! You can tell that they genuinely care about people and skating

Bought a skateboard from this location not too long ago, and the employees there are very helpful, involved with the customers, and just great people! As for the products there, the skateboard I bought was custom made, and they go through every step with you, and don’t just try to get you to buy the most expensive stuff in the store! I also bought some clothes and beanies from them, and they are some of the best accessories I’ve got! This store is also in a great spot, and right in front of a Vans store to get some new kicks for riding your brand new board from Zumiez! 5 star shop for sure!

- Staff is not as helpful as they should be. If you have a question you have to ask "excuse me, do you work here" from a few people before you find someone who actually work there.
- I know it's supposed to be a cool laid back store.but it's a tad too much.same brand and size of hoodies are to be found in a couple of different locations.

This is one of my favorite stores.it gi es off a skater vibe and sells boards and clothing that is in that style as well.everone who works there is very welcoming, you get amazing service.there is always someone to ask you if you need something, the over all zumiez community is amazing.

I know the manager now, Chris and used to know the old manager from 2014 Dom. I love this location the employees are nice and helpful. I also go to a lot of zumiez events. I know a lot of skaters hate zumiez BC of posers shopping there and zumiez being corporate but its actually a great place! You can buy everything here, skateboarding, snowboarding, shoes, pants, hats, stickers, magazines, fanny packs, socks, ect.its cool af

The employees continue to be wonderful. They give of really good vibes and the stock in this place is changing at a good rate. They also have a very good skateboard/longboard shop in the back of the store with great deals and alot of parts in stock. They"ve even got stickers and chains and other accessories one would buy at a skate shop.

I’ve been to this locations literally over a hundred times and the employees are always very helpful highly recommend this one over the Allen or grapevine locations

This store has genuinely nice associates who try their best to help you out. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes, and since they didn't carry them they actually gave me advice on other store that might. I didn't find the shoes at the other location s, but actually went back to this store based on their customer service.

I collect money Dallas Cowboys things from shirts two photos, helmets and by far this was the most expensive place I've been in

I went in with the purpose of building an extra complete deck to have around. I don't remember the employee's name, but she was very helpful throughout the process. They were able to answer all of my questions and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary. I was able to spend a decent amount of time in the store examining my options and ended up leaving with a complete deck. I highly recommend shopping here for skateboards as local shops are hard to find nowadays.

Overpriced and my purchase was missing a tag and was a return that they could not pull up in their inventory.

Hated everything, the people who work here and the products they sell. I go in for griptape and only because there is no local shops anywhere near where I live and let me tell you I try to go in and out as fast possible with out making any conversation with the posers who work and shop here. 0/10 would not recommend or come here again. I'm not a rapper.

This place is absolutely destroying skateboarding, the employee there didn't even know how to apply my son's griptape. WOW

They dont know anything about skating just thrasher, these guys are posers i went there along time ago and asked for a creature david gravette 8.25 and the guy said what brand? And i said ummmm. Creature and he said this one and pointed to a blood wizard and i said know that one and he gave it to me, then he gave me 139 trucks when i needed 149 and he gave me regulars instead or hollows. The guy then said I am riding a Nyjah element board he is my favorite skater, yah more like the only skater he knows
