If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would've. I walked in anticipating so buy at least a deck and a pair of shoes. The moment I walked into the door, the two at the counter didn't seem to care to greet me or acknowledge that I was there. I was looking at the shoe wall and then made my way back to the back wall where the decks were.still, no service or greeting. I've been skating for 17 years.it's supposed to be a community when you walk into a shop. That's what's skateboarding is about. I literally walked out after my 3rd cycle around the whole store! Hate to say this but whoever you have working today is a poor representation of the skateboard community, as well as for your own personal business. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time and I'm in sales myself, so I've seen a lot.

The assistant manager helped me figure out a present for my son & helped me order it. He was very helpful & customer service oriented.

Worst ABSOLUTE WORST place to work! Manager Andrea is the worst, assumes and is stuck up. Store staff treat people like criminals and overall the worst place to shop. Will be sticking too hot topic, pacsun, and etc.

From the moment I walked to, to the moment I walked out the lady was very rude. She called security as soon as I picked up one item. Maybe thought I would steal? Not sure, I confronted her and she asked me to leave. I asked the store number she refused to give it to me. Needless to say, I will continue shopping at PACSUN & Tillys. Thanks anyway Zumiez staff!

Make sure your employees know your payment methods wrote a full check out and you don't even take checks

Overpriced. Staff is a little wanky and not much knowledge of product. Need a skateboard? Buy local!

They wouldn't let me shop in peace. Had me feeling like a criminal or something. They literally had at least one person hovering over me when I'm trying on shoes. I don't need to steal. I got money. Money they won't be seeing from me, that's for sure.
