I paid for a white aspen side chair. Lost in transit. No intention to send replacement. Took my money and refuses to communicate. It’s been a nightmare working with customer service. Beware. Zuri Furniture doesn’t step up to make it right. Won’t call to work it out and won’t answer emails. Provides excuses only. I’m the customer stuck between Zuri Furniture and the shipping company. Never again!

Zuri replaced a chair that had delivered back in December with no hassle! We realized the chair had tiny holes in the upholstery, we provided pictures, and a few weeks later a replacement was shipped put. Aldo my rep was very responsive. Finding top notch customer service these days is a breath of fresh air!

I this bar stool in my home office. Super comfortable and looks great. My home office is in my living room, so I am glad to have something attractive and functional.

The experience with Zuri team has been extremely positive and encouraging for me as a customer. Zuri design team was very knowledgeable and polite in answering all my questions, that led to my purchasing the Gates chair. Delivery was quick, and assembly was easy too.
This is the chair to get if you are looking for great lumbar support along with a premium/well built feel for your office chair. The leather is top grain, and hence no worries on it crumbling after an year of use like the cheaper bonded/faux leather upholstered chairs.

I have been to this place last week, honestly the furniture is good but the staff seems to be racists.
I went with my kids (Asians) and the staff was ingratitude towards them, I was stunned by the response and we just silently left the place.

Mirror is beautiful and as pictured. I had to wait a while for it, but it was worth the wait.

The customer service is fantastic and furniture is good quality. I thought I was missing some screws in my order, I called, they answered immediately, and described exactly where the screws were (already in a part instead of in the bag with the other hardware). Then I looked more closely at the directions, and it was obvious. Very easy to put the bar stools together. 7 screws with the supplied allen wrench.

I ordered Sondra sectional with left facing orientation online and commitment to deliver it " In Stock - Delivered in 1 - 2 weeks". The order was delivered in 3 weeks with incorrect sofa / chaise combo and damaged parts.

Highlights:

Lowlights:
1.delayed delivery. It was expected on the week of Dec 13th - 20th before Christmas but delivered only on December 27th
2.messed up order. Inoperable sofa was shipped - left facing chaise and right facing sofa. There is no way to put it together
3.some damages on the chaise - underneath upholstery is torn and one leg is bent
4.sofa sold with discontinued accessories. There is no way to order 2 additional headrests
5.all 3 backrests have different width between 26 and 27 inches

In conclusion:
The seller communicates inconsistently and ignores most of customer's concerns. For example, they initiated another order with a replacement sofa without asking myself whether the resolution is acceptable or not, without any delivery ETA knowing that it's time sensitive order and I'd prefer a refund vs replacement. They didn't take care of the wrong order making the customer accountable to store it till the replacement delivered.

I bought a sofa worth $5600.00 and the sofa is not closed all the way, I emailed customer support team they got fixed one sofa and the second one has the same issue, I talk to Michael and he offered me 200 dollars, he refused to return or exchange. I bought it 09/15 delivered on the 23 of September. I reported it in the middle of October because I was in the hospital to give birth. Zuri is the worst once you buy the you are done they dont care.while I was pregnant I fell off the sofa because of the recliner wasn't good

This is a lovely and functional side table with practical clean lines. The entire piece is full glossy, pure white and well finished. It was packaged extraordinarily well with wood and foam all over the box, and there is not a single scratch on the table. Plus it didn't require assembly. So glad I got it.

Just rec’d the Jayden side table and very pleased. My Designer was very helpful in placing the order and the pkg material used for shipping all but guaranteed it would arrive undamaged. Definitely will be making another purchase.

We absolutely love the turquoise Pebble Chair from Zuri! It’s very stylish and comfortable; the seat is firm and supportive. We loved the chair so much, we purchased a second one to complement our modern design in our living room.

The only concern we had was how the chair was packaged for shipping. It was not wrapped or secured in the box which caused some damage to the seat of the chair but Zuri replaced that part in a few weeks.

Overall, we would highly recommend the chair.

Terrible terrible customer service and lack of communication. I still possess wrong furniture delivered without a resolution or any hope of getting correct order we paid for. They refuse to give me any info on order placed weeks ago. Good luck with your zuri order. You will need it.

BEST furniture ever! We ordered th le counter stools in a few different colors and absolutely LOVE them! They are super stylish and very comfortable. I'm ordering so much more

I LOVE my new barstools. Fabulous design & fabric, easy to assemble and they really enhance my kitchen area. HIGHLY recommend Zuri.
