Zuroma Sicilian Bar & Grill, North Richland Hills TX

I was in there sat Jan 14. Waitress lost my debit card after she rang me up. My group and others looked around on the foor nothing. They did not seem to care. I was told we are looking for it. Thats all we can do. I canceled my card. Now i will be without. And have to pay for a replacement.not once did a manger come try to talk to me. I have been calling non stop for 30 min this morning and only get recording.

Super overpriced for what you get. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave it to me still frozen on the inside. I won’t be ordering from here again

Went to webpage for restaurant and ordered food for pick up. Restaurant called to say everything I ordered was out but said they couldn't refund because we ordered from "slice". Let them know we ordered from THEIR webpage and if they use slice then they should know who we can call to get a refund. The guy was condescending and downright rude. We will never order from this sh! T show again. Too bad it's the only option at the rink. Highly recommend nobody attempt to eat here.

Ordered zucchini fries, Caesar salad, and chicken Alfredo. All of it was slightly better than frozen TV dinners. The Alfredo was sort of bland and watery. Salad was unimpressive and the dressing was hard to stomach, the zucchini fries were ok. However, overall it was over priced for the quality. The best part of the meal was the chicken. If I did eat here again it would be so reluctantly.

Been coming here for years, they have the best chicken strips and fries.since the staff change it’s felt less homey but i still love the chicken.

The Bartender had an attitude and wouldn't serve us beer after our adult hockey game.

The staff is unfriendly. The prices are not appropriate for the atmosphere. If you have to use the bathrooms, be prepared. They are very dirty and never clean.

Got overcharged for beer after a Braham's game. When it was brought up to the waitress she said she would get the table a pitcher of beer to make up for it, but then vanished and never returned to our table since we had already paid.

I went for lunch and Felix was so nice and welcoming. I look forward to going back. Good food, good customer service, and fun atmosphere

So it’s counter service, pizza joint type snack bar at a hockey rink. That being said the young lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. Talked me into a Stromboli instead of a calzone. It was actually really tasty, but it was a Stromboli like I have never seen before. But filled me up.

Decent meal not bad. I will be back for that Stromboli.

Thank you Zuroma for allowing my employees and I to have a more than extended lunch today. Nothing but great food and excellent hospitality! If you have not tried this place out you are missing out. We will be back very soon!

Came back to check the place out after a few years away.such a shame how the service has gone downhill. Food was still decent

This place is way too expensive for what is essentially a snack bar at an ice skating rink. The pizza is so-so. Their stromboli is pizza with the edges curled up. Their spaghetti sauce is runny and the single meatball for $4 was rare. You order at the counter and pick up at the counter yet their receipt suggests tipping 18%, which I did thinking there would be some kind of service, but I get similar service at the food court in the mall without tipping.

It's no wonder no one knows about this place. The manager Scott is incredibly rude, and that and the chubby blonde girl that usually works is always just talking to her "friends". I've tried to give the place a chance, but when my sub came out soggy too. I'll go skate at the Parks in Arlington.

Great Sunday waitress but management needs replacement. Who tells customers it’s a bad time to come in and I will have to wait a long time for any order. All I wanted that day was a drink but after that remark I’m done with coming in and spending $75 every Sunday.
