8Drive Thur order got part of meal then had to wait for other food. By time got home to eat food cold and had to heat up in microwave because of wait on other food.
Dining room was very clean and comfortable, the food was just ok, and the staff was pretty unfriendly.
Poor customer service. Workers stood behind the counter chit chat with each other, ignoring customer. I had to yell out to get their attention. Also, I order extra crispy and the chicken was as dry dried as card. Probadue to the fact that there was no customers there and the fried chickens sat around for a while.
This store has the worst customer service! I waited for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The workers were just talking to each other. I felt like i was interrupting them to get help. I waited for almost 20 minutes. Then, when I finally got my order, some of it wasn't in the bag. They had to cook more chicken. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my order. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Won't be back to the 90th south location! Manager was no help either.
KFC needs to bring back their cornbread and K-15,! Chicken breast, potatoes, soft biscuit. Lately, the biscuits are hard and crumbly.
The employees try their best at what they do although struggling we received hot fresh food I'll be visiting there again soon! Keep up the good effort
I've had a few issues with this location giving accurate orders, but the customer service is always fantastic.
My hotdog was overcooked and the bun was stale. On top of that I had to wait for about ten minutes before receiving my drive thru order. They didn't provide utensils with the order even though we ordered food that necessitates utensils. Root beer was amazing though, as always.
