Dangerous store to go into.the bargain bins alone are enough to empty the average hunters wallet.

Had an issue with a gift received, the customer service at badlands was able to assist me in a quick and efficient manner. I was able to speak with a representative directly within minutes of my call. They were very receptive of my issue and resolved it. I really appreciate the customer service and I plan to continue to be a customer because of it.

I own over $4k in badlands gear from packs to several pants, jackets etc.the quality is great. However do not buy if you are in Canada. I love in Ontario they use to sell direct, but now you have to go through a distributor who won’t or cannot fill orders. Also I have sent them emails in regards ti that as well as I tried to become a distributor but had no correspondence from them. Buy Sika or First Lite

This company will forever have my loyalty. Their customer service is unrivaled. Every time I go in to the store I leave with the gear I need and a desire to share this company with everyone I know. The warranty on their stuff is a little bit crazy, but they will seriously replace or fix ANYTHING! I will continue to use badlands gear for the rest of my life and try to convert as many people as possible along the way.

I don’t normally write reviews However, let me just say that my experience today was top shelf! I left the store a couple times, then went back in to ask more questions about the MRK 6. Campbell, one of the sales reps, was extremely patient with me and helped me get to know and understand the pack I was interested in. I would recommend their products and their customer service to anyone! Came home with this awesome pack!

I am from NC and I was lucky enough to visit badlands headquarters in Utah. Super welcoming place. The staff was awesome and very helpful! I know it would take longer if you have to send your stuff to them for warranty but if you’re a local their turn around time is insane. They have created a lifelong customer just from that one experience. Not to mention that there products are some of the most durable items I own hands down the best brand for serious hunters.

Best store, gear, customer service along with best priced and hands down best warranty on hunting gear anywhere on the planet! I've had a puppy chew a $70 pair of gloves and got a new pair! Mice chewed a bloody pack valued at over $400 and yip, new pack. Pants ripped on barb wire that couldn't be sewn, yip new pair! Not to mention their layer system is lightweight, comfortable, durable, and equal or better to any competitor out there! If you haven't given their gear a try your missing out! Cmon, it's a one time buy and you have it forever unless you lose it, who does that?
