Every time I have walked into this store the employees are never wearing a face mask. I will not walk into this store again until the employees abide by the law and wear a mask. You are not better than anybody. You still have to wear a mask or shield regardless of your circumstance. You need to make people feel comfortable in your store. Have respect for people in your store.

I went to this place to buy a jersey for my father in law and the manager referred people who stole packages from people as porch monkeys. The managers name is Mike. He even asked if that term offended me. Of course it did!

Not a lot of larger hats for us guys with huge craniums. No hockey hats unless you like chicago.which I do not.

I called ahead to make sure they had the Jazz city edition jerseys in stock. I spoke with Brett and before hanging up he made sure to get my name. When I got to the store I found that he had made sure to set one of the jerseys aside for me. Great guy and great service.

Clerks weren't busy, and I had to ask for help after searching the store, only to learn that they were sold out of the new ombrey merchandise.

Just go down to PRO IMAGE to buy hats. Every hat in Fanzz has been tried on half a dozen times. Brims bent too.plus employees act like children. You'll thank me later.
