I’m giving this place four stars because I like a lot of the things they sell and Bonnie is wonderful. On the other hand, I’ve spent way too much in their firearms department to be treated with the indifference I receive from the people at their gun counter. I think it must be a requirement to have zero personality or people skills to work at the gun counter here. Most gun counters are staffed with people who are truly passionate about what they sell. This gun counter isn’t.

I’ve always had trouble getting help at this store. I went in to look at binos and rangefinders and was basically ignored by several employees. Asked for help and they said they’d send someone, waited another 15 minutes and gave up before going to Al’s instead.

The store was extremely busy, well stocked and the staff very helpful. Lots of kids and families shopping for fun toys!

Always great service, went it to look at a few things and Ian Seeholzer was very helpful and real. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and gave me real facts so I could make my own decision.

Was here tonight 10/1/20 a young kid that was working behind the gun counter whispered in another young kids ear that also worked there making fun of my girlfriends skin disorder.very unprofessional and if she would have told me when it happened it would of got tooken care of by me personally.but she waited tell we got home in brigham city.

If you enjoy hunting, camping, fishing, or backpacking, you could happily get lost in this store for hours. It's not the level of Cabelas or Scheels, but you get just about as good of a selection but with MUCH better pricing. No biking or skiing gear (at least that I know of) but you could outfit yourself for any hunting/camping/fishing/backpacking excursion that you can dream of.

Middle of summer and we were looking for life vests. They only had high end product (over $100). To rich for me. I've been in twice looking for 9mm pest shot and came up empty handed. The men at the gun counter were not very polite when asking either.

Great outdoors store. Their Ammo selection is a bit low mostly because the Walmart right nextdoor is under staffed and can sell ammo so everyone is coming here to buy.

My husband has a favorite brand of pocket knives and Sportsman's carries the brand. I enjoy walking into the store and purchasing the knives from them to keep it local and not have to order online:)

Great out doors stood, this is one of the best places in town to get guns, ammunition, and reloading equipment. I come here all the time to pick up primers and check out guns I wish I had the money to buy.

The ammo panic buying is over, so stop with the ammo purchasing limits. They wouldn't even let me buy 100 rounds of. 223. With the panic being over with. It doesn't make sense not letting paying customers buy a couple boxes of ammo.

I like Outdoor Sporting Goods stores, and I visit the store at least monthly. I usually end up buying something too.

Called looking for a product multiple times. Everytime the phone was answered they would ask how they could help and I would ask if they had the product. This was immediately followed by the sales associate hanging up without saying anything else. 1 time is an accident 3 is intentional. Horrible customer service.
