Seriously these guys are the best! We went in to sort out online order issues and they were super accommodating! They not only fixed our order issues quickly and happily, but they helped us save money! Customer service at it's finest! Thank you!

There's even a petting zoo here. But the animals are out of reach and it's just their heads.

Have gone in twice for a price match on ammo and they just say it’s below their cost so they don’t have to price match. Went into Scheels and they price matched it no questions asked. Will not buy anything here again.

I was looking all over for a specific Henry Lever Action rifle and I called and had one put one on hold since they go quickly. When I showed up to the store I was helped immediately, they didn't leave me waiting, and Doug, Jayden and Raul were extremely patient and answered all my questions before I made the purchase. I really appreciate the great customer service at this store, it makes me want to come back.

I saw some kid snow pants online that were on sale, I needed them that afternoon and decided to go into the store to purchase, the younger guy I found to assist me in this search was great! But the store had very little items for kids age range NB-4 they have youth sizes and adults but lacked in the clothing department, now I'm not a huge sportsmans warehous kinda gal so I dont shop there a ton so im not sure is this is normal or they are just downsizing in store items as much is ordered on line these days.but overall great staff and would shop there again for other items.

I recently bought some arrows for my new bow. After waiting 4 days past the recommended dry time for arrow tip glue; 2 out of my 6 arrow heads fell off after 3 shots. The staff was very friendly but i’m disappointed with the quality of their archery service and will be going somewhere else from now on.

I recently went in and the cashier Camille was very unpleasant with her employees she doesn’t treat them right even though they work so hard they were extremely helpful. She doesn’t deserve to work there whatsoever she is rude, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with her. I definitely do not want to ever be helped by her I will be avoiding her at all cost when I go back.

They could use a better inventory system. Employees where not able to tell me if they carried something or where it is if they did. Otherwise, I love these stores.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM SPORTSMANS! I spend thousands of dolllars a year with sportsman’s. I ordered a box of bullets the day before my hunt. They have been back ordered. I got the email the next day to pick up my ammo. The store could not find my order. She made me buy another box of bullets. And said she would refund me. Long story short, it’s been over 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me my money. Have received at least 2 different emails saying I have been refunded. Then the next day I get the email to remind to pick up my ammo at the store. This is beyond a joke. I have been on the phone with 3 managers. And they still will not call me back the next day to update me. I’m furious now. At this point it’s theft. WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM SPORTSMANS

Went to this location to pick up a hunting rifle for deer season. Was discriminated against due to having a current California ID even though I had various forms of proof of residence in Utah. Been here well over a year. Went down the road to smith and edwards who called BCI and actually verified everything and left with my rifle. There are some friendly people that work here but the management is incompetent and wouldn’t put in the effort to verify I could make my purchase. Very dissatisfied will not do business at the location again which is a shame because I loved the company as a whole. If you are pro 2A and believe in our gun rights don’t support this location.

My father in law age 80 was at the store to buy a coat for my mother in law age 90. My father in law experienced a medical problem and passed out. The staff was absolutely amazing in how they ensured the care of both of my in-laws. My father in law was taken to the hospital and the staff cared for my mother in law until we could arrive from Davis County. We were so grateful for kind, caring and professional staff who took time out in their busy day to take care of elderly strangers. Thank you Sportsman’s Warehouse for your professionalism!

These guys are super friendly and have the high quality selection you are looking for. If you're into the outdoor life like me then you can just stop by and leave with a new toy every time!

We just left this store and I couldn't give enough praise for the three associates we worked with; Edward (fishing-guru), Dave (merger-guru), and John (a multi-facet-guru)! This Sportsman's location has amazing employees - we spent an hour at the store having solid conversations with each of those gentlemen. This is my new go-to store. I wasn't "treated like a girl" when I was in there, which I always appreciate. I highly recommend this store!

Extremely Disappointing Shipping Experience! I ordered some very expensive rifle ammunition from Sportsmans Warehouse. It arrived in a very thin box with absolutely ZERO packing material inside! So my 4 boxes of precious ammo just rattled around inside a thin box from Utah to Dallas! Not surprisingly, one of the boxes opened, and 2 rounds came out! See attached photo. This is NOT the way expensive ammo should be shipped! It only takes a few extra seconds to stuff some packing paper inside the box! What are you thinking Sportsmans? I have zero confidence in this ammo now. I'm going on a $10,000 hunt. Do you think I'm going to trust this ammo on a $10,000 hunt? I would rate Sportsmans as the absolute WORST ammo shipment I have ever received! Take my advice: even if you have to spend a few extra bucks, do yourself a favor, and BUY YOUR AMMO ELSEWHERE!

I had a serious problem with the South Jordan store manager Austin I called corporate office seeking assistance the store owner Adrienne called me the next morning And she made right the wrong and told me go back into the store to pick up my firearm Keltec shotgun After Austin refused to release it to me after I already paid for it and had it shipped. The reason he refused to release the gun to me was “we don’t feel comfortable and we have the right to refuse “I believe they were refusing to release it because someone in that store wanted that shotgun I waited almost 2 years for that purchase thank you Adrienne I picked the gun up today June 16

The customer service at the gun counter was superb. The gentleman that helped us was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process easy despite how busy the store getting busy.
