Went to the sportsman where house on marks street in Henderson NV Looking for some ammo I stood in line about 30 minutes the guy said they didn’t have the ammo I needed so I stood in line For nothing due to the fact it’s a Friday and most people get paid and you have 2 guys working with a line of 6 people l understand that sportsman is a sporting goods store but there’s no excuse for your guys working in guns can’t multi task and the 2 guys buying guns wasn’t too savy with the I PAD there needs to be better customer service at that store! Ridiculous I won’t be back and I know 1 customer doesn’t make a difference but if I tell plenty of people about the service there u will lose customers!

Sportmans was listed as a ffl transfer provider from a site I bought a rifle with a binary trigger from, I called to see if it was ready for pickup and an employee told me it was illegal and they have contacted the ATF, then they shipped the gun back to the original shop i bought it from costing me shipping charges to have it sent to an FFL (in utah) that doesn't employ people who have zero knowledge of gun laws, binary triggers are very legal in utah. DO NOT USE SPORTSMANS FFL SERVICE, I know im done shopping there all together.

Members of my family placed orders for the Mesa store and it appears that they choose the Phoenix store. I talked to the manager at the phoenix store and Kyle was understanding and great to deal with he told me he would drop them off at the Mesa store. That is an hour ride between store and that would have been a 2 hour ride for me to get to the phoenix store. Great job Kyle. Its service and dedication like that which keep the customers coming back

I placed an online order for 2 sleeping bags to be picked up in the store during the pandemic, and received an email that my order was ready for pickup at the local store. I get there and one of the sleeping bags is missing and the clerk states it's out of stock. I look at my email and it does not mention that AND I'm still being charged full price. Since I placed the order online, even though it's to be picked up in the store, I had to wait over 30 minutes while the clerk contact Customer Service, instead of being able to cancel my order right there in the store. Fast forward a week and Sportsman Warehouse sends me a promo code to use on my next online order as an apology. I decide to give them another chance and place an order and, lo and behold, the Promo Code DOES NOT work. Why am I not surprised. The Fairfield store has the worst customer service, the clerks don't know what they are doing, and now they don't honor their promo codes. This place is a joke!

I wanted to buy a shimano reel at fresno, california location. The asian man who was suppose to help me.instead of helping me.he treated me like a thief.i have spent a lot of money at this store.when i called to complain i was put on hold then hung up on.i never sweared at anyone.i treated trash very polite. Never will i spend money there again.don't shop

Steer clear of this company. Still waiting for a refund of my money, now in day 12. Returned defective item, no one said it could take 10 business days to get my refund. I used debit card rather then credit thinking I was doing myself a favor not racking up interest. Had I used my credit card, I'd have my refund 2 days. Will have to place yet another phone call, my 5th as NO ONE CALLS BACK, they expect you the customer to do all their legwork. Oh and the first 2 calls, they blamed my bank, then covid. 3rd call, it takes 10 business days for cash reimbursement to my checking acct.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Just ordered a Coleman mini bike and I live on an island and had to pay a special delivery service to get it to me. It came broken and was the floor model of the store. They must have put it back together and sent it to me. I thought I was buying a new in box mini bike but it was wrecked. The throttle cable housing was snapped in half leaving the bike unusable. There is chipped paint and spots that were attempted to be repainted.the chain guard was bent and the wheels had dirt on them from them moving it around the store. When I talked to the manager they just told me to use the Coleman warranty to get new parts. They lied and said it wasn't their floor model but it obviously was. They didn't offer any sort of refund or return and are trying to pass the blame on the shipping company that had it for two days in a storage container on a barge. Just ridiculous, I will never do business with this company again.

The worst online ordering process I have ever seen. Iv'e been trying to get a $5.99 product for a month. The company keeps sending me emails saying that the product is instock at the store then I call the store and they don't have it.you should be able to order online but if the store closest to you doesn't have it you are out of luck. I don't know how you can expect to compete and stay in buisness in todays markets. The people who actually own this company need to take a long look at the CEO and decide if he or she is doing their JOB!

I bought a firearm from S. W, returned it, and instead of refunding my money they charged me the full amount again. Three calls to the same manager over a two month period and still haven't received a call back. Filing a criminal complaint. Be careful of unauthorized charges because they're not going to bring it up, or do anything about it if you bring it to their attention.

Never deal with this company unless you want screwed. They do fraudulent advertising on website. I order a rifle at Morgan town store and waited 10 days and never heard a thing. So i called and they said out of stock. After that i called the corporate office and they said they have one in stock. They took my credit card number and then said it wouldn't go though. I called card company and they said it went through. So I called corporate again and they told me it didn't. I said cancel the order. Long story short. The purchase is on my credit card. I looked them up on better business bureau and not good. They are not accredited with them.

Do NOT do business with sportsman’s warehouse. They let me purchase a shower system from them. Didn’t ship it. When I called to find out where it was, they said it wasn’t in stock when I ordered it but it is now. They will refund my money and I have to order it again. I asked to speak with someone who can give me more answers as to why they just can’t ship it now that they have it since they already charged my account. They then came back and said there was a recall on them and when they get it fixed I can order it again. But they didn’t know when that would be. Looking for more answers I called the shower manufacturer. There are no recalls on the product and haven’t heard of any issues. Sportsman’s warehouse can’t give me any answers and I’m convinced if I hadn’t called they would have just kept my money. They are THIEVES and crooks and don’t care about their customers. Simply stealing people’s money.

Silverdale Washington store has the worst customer service. I tried to purchase an item and when it rang up at a different price than what it was marked they refused to sell it to me.they are having an end of year clearance sale and I figured it was marked down because it was the last one.the cashier spoke to someone named John and he said they would not honor the marked price. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Great Store. I have purchased kayaks, shooting equipment, camping equipment, back packing gear, archery supplies, dog training aides. Basically I go there a lot. I Always have great customer service friendly staff, fair prices. Keep up the good the work!

My father worked there for several years he retired from there he loved the company they treated their employees very well they got big too fast but there's still a good company did you well for their employees and the public as well good customer service they're loyal -owned local my father was a trusted employee there for 15+years

Purchased a defective item - it had the wrong product in the wrong box. Probably packaged incorrectly by the manufacturer - Remington. Anyway, contacted customer support through the website. A woman named Carla E-mailed back. Slowest support, taking a full day to respond asking one question at a time per E-mail. Showing no concern for the customer or my defective product. Too slow to resolve. She did not resolve the issue which clearly is THEIR issue too.

The absolute worst place to work in the history of employment. A bunch of corporate liars and crooks, drooling over the nearest 20-year old female with big breasts. Terrible pay and benefits, and uneducated punks for co-workers. Their company stock dropped from $12 to $4 in the last 10 months, and SW will hopefully be bankrupt soon. Unless you love lying, inept Mormon morons - and the idiotic drones they seem to cherish - steer way clear of this dirty company.

I’ll never shop here ever again. In fact the only kind of shopping Id ever do here if i were to actually go is shop-lifting to accelerate its demise. Worst customer service. Returning that broken $30 item could have saved me as a customer. Instead, this place employs know-it-all morons that insist Im lying and negligent.
Like all over-priced dime-a-dozen sporting goods stores, this place will eventually go out of business. Amazon employs a customer service model who understands the value of a customer. They also dont employ people who cant put their stupid pride on hold and return an item. I wonder if $12 dollar an hour dude understands this? Doubt it. Poor training, poor customer service, high prices.
