This is the second time we engaged YES services for a mini split in our home and the 3rd time we have had work and equipment installed by Absolute / now YES.
This time went much smoother when it came time for the office personnel to process the rebate that was available from rocky mountain power.

They were very knowledgeable and gave a very through estimate for the needed service. Dolton and George were very good! They were fast and super detail orientated. Nice, made sure things were running well before they left. They did "cut corner's right in front of me. " My one tiny complaint, not about their work. It would be the fact that we were not informed that the duct cleaning would be done a different day. We would of chosen to not do the duct cleaning. It would of been better for us if it could of been done the same day.

Very thorough, job was completed meticulously, and our plumber was very communicative throughout our project. I highly recommend Yes!

Excellent sales team - Roger was very accommodating and informative, without the typical sales routine. (For the most part!) The office personal were responsive and courteous. The installation crew were amazing! We appreciated Thomas and Brad and their hard work. Working in the snow and mud on a cold January morning is not my idea of a great time, unless it involves skis or a snowmobile! They were careful to not bring in the elements as they entered, which was greatly appreciated.

We will work with YES! Again in the future.

The guy Johnny that came over to install out water heater was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the service he provided with us.

My boiler for my hot - water radiant heat was not working. I called on December 28th to see if someone could come over and light the pilot light. Nobody could come until January 2. I did get a neighbor to come over to light the pilot light. It worked for about 5 minutes then went out. On January 2nd, a workman came and fixed the boiler. He explained every step of the way. He would ask if he should continue. He fixed what needed to be fixed. When he was done, he explained there were a few things that needed to get fixed but it could wait until summer. I appreciate the call this morning and the work that was done. Thank you for the services rendered.

Our technician Dennis Fort was fabulous. He was friendly He did a great job. We are very happy with the service. Dennis noticed a few things that needed to be corrected that would’ve turned into big problems if they where left unchecked.

I’ve had great experiences working with Yes. Everyone I’ve worked with has been friendly, respectful, explained thing thoroughly, and didn’t try to oversell me or be pushy.
Last week Caleb was very helpful with fixing a plumbing leak, going above and beyond to even check out a couple other areas of my house and outline some other potential plumbing issues he saw with my old pipes and what I can watch for to avoid major issues. He was super thorough, just like I’ve experienced with everyone so far at Yes!

Clark is a great resource who worked on two Lennox furnaces. His work was top notch. The only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is not related to Clark, However, Lowe's stated I would be left with 2 filters for each furnace and YES was only able to supply Clark with 2 filters for 1 of the furnaces because they did not have the 12x30x1.

Scheduling was easy and didn’t have to wait too long for the install date. The installers did a great job explaining the process and how long it would take. They finished on time and I’ve had no issues with the new furnace. I think I found a new HVAC company, this one:)

We had a great experience with Noah Houtz. He is respectful and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to finish the work without cutting into the wall. We were super grateful to avoid what would have been an additional expense.

What a mess. They think they are clever and it's a train wreck. If you choose them get ready for a doom cycle. Try them and see, you'll wish you hadn't.
