Wanted to shop here but decided to leave after noticing they don’t enforce the mandate that a mask is required.

They have a GREAT 70% OFF.going on. I had to get me a gift. The selection was great especially with the discount. Wonderful sales associates. I will be going back next time I am at this outlet.

Always a great experience! It's busy but the employees are great! Super helpful and nice as well! The selection is great and they do a great job at keeping the store clean. I recommend coming here specifically for the good customer service I have recieved.

Great customer service. I find that all coach stores give great customer service. I wish the outlet stores gave the dust bags with the purses as my mom and I usually purchase up to 6 bags during a visit and it would be nice to store what we dont use in dust bags but what can you do?

I spent what felt like an eternity in the Coach store searching for my perfect bag. The staff were amazing; friendly, welcoming, helpful but not pushy. Mimi and Red took their time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted before I left.

Love to just walk around and take a look. The salesperson does not love it so much. They can be abit pushy and have a hard time taking "just looking" as a answer. We were followed around the store for a few minutes. We felt like criminals, so we went on over to Mr. Kors.

I love Coach stuff and usually spend more than I should when I go into a Coach store. This store was of decent size and variety but didn't have what I was looking for. I wandered around and decided to get a few things. The guy who took my payment looked like a total scrub and like he was annoyed the entire time. Lots of staff on the floor helping people and they have really great sales sometimes.

Great place to bring your wife or the girlfriend for some gifts when you’re visiting Seattle area.we came here during our Christmas vacation in 2018 visiting from Los Angeles.friendly place.helpful staff.good bargains.my wife was happy and that’s all accounts and so was my walletwe will be back the next time we are back in the Seattle area.buying yourselves some Starbucks coffee before shopping is a must️

I went in today nobody even said hi or good-bye, we live locally and the store was not that busy. Nobody to even answer a question I guess I need to buy 10 to get attention

They sell Coach stuff. Big store with a nice selection. Salespeople were almost more numerous than customers and hyper-aggressive about commissions. They need to dial it down a notch and let people look for a second.

Mimi, Connie and Ginger helped me out. How many of you remember the names of the employees who help you out? I'll be honest with you, I never do. I can't even remember one! This time I remembered all three of these wonderful ladies. They are truly gems! Each one of them helped me with a different item and they were so helpful and kind! Oh and of course the 70% discount they currently have and the usual military discount are great too!

Always great customer service when shopping with Coach. The store was crowded but the sales associates still managed to make me comfortable and feel cared about as a customer.

Terrible staff. A blond lady was rushing to close the store while I was checking out at the counter. A curly dark hair guy was having some attitude problem. She and he were very inpatient and had no respect for the customers. Store display was messy, just terrible management.

It doesn't have nearly as big a section for men as women but that's pretty usual. Still some good items you can purchase and worth checking out.:)
