I simply went into Kent collision center for a estimate appointment and received amazing costumer service! I was greeted and helped by an amazing, welcoming, kind team that assisted in having the process go smoothly communicating all I needed to know! It was a great atmosphere and was amazing to receive this kind of experience during a difficult time!

The best service i have ever received! Rihana had great communication skills and kept me updated with my car and the process, she sent photos of how the car was coming along.kent collision was in direct communication with my insurance company, this was by far the easiest and stress free service i have ever gotten!

Extremely excellent service! I was in a serious motor vehicle accident and Kent Collision Center was highly recommended to me. Due to the nature of the accident, it was rather emotional and not only was the service work done on my vehicle extremely excellent, but the customer service was amazing. Very caring and supportive and I loved getting the updates and kind words from Rihanna. There really aren’t enough words to describe my gratitude for everything they did for me and my vehicle! Every person there that I came in contact with was so kind!

Absolutely fantastic! Dwayne, Rihanna and Angela is the office were great! Kept me updated to steps being taken and were patient with all of my requests. Quality work was great! I'm very impressed with KCC. I just got my car back today earlier then expected. The car was washed inside and out, very detailed wash and they filled my gas tank! What a awesome company! You guys Rock. Also customer service was fantastic!
