Absolutely amazing! I got my chain fixed with a new clasp. She also did some cleaning of my pendant. She payed attention to every little detail and handled with care. We made appointments for our wedding rings before leaving because of the amazing work and customer service.

I had stopped by the store to pick up an item. While there, she offered to clean my wedding ring. She discovered a crack in the setting, showed it to me and then fixed it. I was so impressed by both her integrity and her skills in the repair. I don't live near Puyallup, but her excellent customer service and skill will bring me back!

We really loved Je's honesty and advice when getting my engagement ring restored and sized. I tell all of my friends to go see Je!

When I lost a diamond in my wedding set, I took it to Je Kaerene. Due to the cost of my repair, and the likelihood that the same loss would occur repeatedly, no matter the repair, Je could not help me. I appreciate that she was honest with me, and would not take my money for a job she wasn’t able to do.
If I experience an issue with any of my jewelry in the future, I will definitely be taking it here.

Had my grandmother’s ring resized and the center setting lowered, they refashioned the ring into the engagement ring of my dreams. They even said they could make a wedding band to fit its unique style. Very friendly and communicative will happily be back and recommend for any jeweler needs.
