I had been paying a company to help me find a new placement for my father and they were doing nothing with no communication. I desperately reached out to the ADRC for any resources they knew of that could help. Someone mentioned Care Patrol and they got back to me the same day and set up a phone call the next day. They had possible placements in the area I was looking within a couple days even though my dad’s situation was rather unique. Within 2 months I was able to get him all moved in to his new home. It’s a little early to tell but I think it will be a great fit. Care Patrol helped me all along the way. I couldn’t believe their services were free as I had been paying for someone to help me previously and since they were taking so long I thought it must be such a long hard process. I am very thankful to have stumbled on Care Patrol or I would be dealing with a ton of stress right now. Honestly, I’m still wondering what the catch is even though I’ve been assured there is no “catch”. This may be the first time since I became my father’s guardian (about 2 years now) that someone helped me with something and made my life easier. I really appreciate Care Patrol. I should add that Bobbi Jo is the one who assisted me and she is wonderful!

I am not surprised that CarePatrol is a five-star resource. They are acutely knowledgeable about all the care facilities in the area from their extensive tours, interactions with administrators, and from their clients’ first-hand experiences.

I found out about CarePatrol after I had already chosen a place for my dad, but I wanted to have other options in case things didn’t work out. After speaking with Kristen, I toured other facilities, which I am extremely happy and fortunate to have done because I did have to find another place quickly.

Kristen listens first and foremost. Because she is exceptionally empathetic and a highly-skilled professional, I was able to find a much better placement for my father.

Kristen is special because she adds a very personal dimension when working with her clients. She was always available when I was in crisis mode. She made many phone calls on my behalf to ensure I was treated with fairness and priority, something you will never get working on your own. Kristen goes above and beyond in her work, and I am truly grateful for her services and Care Patrol.

A call to Andrea was all it took! She referred me to an at home nursing company who provided my brother 24 hour care during his hospice experience. They were kind, knowledgeable, professional and always on time. Andrea stayed in touch to ensure my brother and his family had everything we needed. 5 star experience from Care Patrol! I’m grateful I was referred to them. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

We went thru alot to get my mom into a assisted living. First the day before her assessment she ended back in the hospital. So care patrol kept in touch with us and the home to keep every ond in touch with what wad going on and we got her into a home right from the hospital. They are very helpful and checked all around for places and made sure it was a place that was good for her.

Excellent service. Our Grandpa had a stroke and we needed to find him an assisted living/nursing home but didn't know where to even start. Ann was amazing at helping us find a place that could accommodate his needs. She genuinely cares for the patients she sees. Care Patrol is such a great resource to the Fox Valley community!

Navigating the number of facilities and the different types of services they provide was overwhelming for me. Andrea was very helpful in narrowing down the facilities that would provide what was needed and wanted by my mother/father-in-law. Andrea's help allowed us to focus on a select number of facilities which was extremely helpful in managing site visits with someone in a wheelchair. Andrea was very thorough in her interview with my in-laws and determining what they wanted/needed in a living space. I can't thank her enough for the peace of mind she provided for me during the process of placing my in-laws in a safe assisted living facility.

CarePatrol was instrumental in finding the right place for our mom. Coming into this we knew pretty much nothing about how to go about finding reputable care. Tory listened to our needs & requirements to make sure we only toured facilities that met the need, saving so much time and stress! Involving our mom in the tour process also helped her in making the transition from home to care facility. Overall, I don't think the process could have gone any better. I do not know how my family and I could have gotten through all the challenges that happened suddenly with Dad without the help of Kristin Marshall.
