Sterling Urgent Care, Afton WY

Not worth it! Got hormone test done in October was told they would get back to me with results.they didn't. When I reached out for my results, I left messages, was hung up on and finally after months I got a few (not all) of my results. I called and called and left messages. After canceling my membership I'm still out $120.00. Completely disappointed

I'm so grateful to have discovered Sterling urgent care! I was experiencing some really terrible customer service at Star Valley medical center. It was very refreshing to go to Sterling and be treated like a normal human being in need of medical assistance. No judgment whatsoever and compassionate, caring, well trained staff. It is a relief to have a second option in town and not be forced to deal with SVMC! Also, now I don't have to travel to Jackson if I want to see a doctor that does his job and actually cares for patients. Not somebody who is sitting on her high horse looking down on patients like at SVMC. Good job Sterling urgent care keep up the great work

I went into Urgent Care late in the afternoon. I got in quickly, was treated, and got out in great time! Success

Walked right in, was seen within 5 minutes after filling out paperwork. Was treated very well and was on my way all told 20 min.

In Afton, Wy. I visited on October 2,2023! Great staff, the front desk lady and the nurse were very helpful and I recommend going here. You can't help but enjoy your visit there with as positive as they are here.

Came in got My business done and got out only one thing i paid my deductible while i was there and i just got a bill in the mail for it

Everything was great. I would suggest getting the guest Wi-Fi up and running before having folks fill out the intake paperwork on their phones where cell service is slow and unresponsive.

They have a $140 dollar walk in fee. I was under the understanding that the $140 was for everything unless the doctor had to do something more than just look you over. No. The 140 is just a literal doorman fee. Want to see the doctor? That's $140 dollars. Now that he has looked you over now cough up another $110

We have been coming to Sterling Urgent Care for a couple of years now. We love being a member of their services and are always amazed with what services are covered in that monthly fee. Being retired without health benefits, and not old enough to have Medicare, this plan fits our situation perfectly. We are treated so well and the receptionist knows our name instantly as we walk in. We have recommended others to look into their services. Way to go Sterling U. C, thank you for all you do!

We love Sterling. Everyone has always been so nice and professional. We are moving and I was so excited to see that we have 2 Sterling’s near our new house!
